  1. Workers in a museum wearing a badge (that is also an access card) absolutely makes sense. The security guy in "night at the museum" has a set of keys (that both open secure areas and close/lock things at night) so it's logical to assume that a real museum could have the same thing but with swipe card badges and that someone like a curator would have such a badge.
  2. 2023 delivered new animals in sets with names that didn't necessarily suggest new animals including seals, police puppy, whale and bear cub.
  3. I want more movie cars. The DB5 and f&f cars seem to have sold well and there are so many cars they could pick that would sell equally as well. No interest in any of the 2024 cars so far.
  4. 2024 is sounding great so far. New police station. Some space stuff (that might trend more sci-fi than the last batch or at least deliver useful parts). Only problem will be affording it all...
  5. The ostrich is another one thats been gone for ages that I wish would come back.
  6. I wonder how many of the things people on here want (symbiote spider-man, more X-Men, fantastic four etc etc) are things LEGO wants to do but can't because Marvel has said no for some reason...
  7. If the main colour is olive green, any interest I had in owning the set is gone.
  8. My bet is that the museum will include a NASA/Apollo style suit (but not actually NASA licensed)
  9. My standard parts are on the way. I hope they don't show up while I am on holiday...
  10. Something like the previous "lunar research base" could be possible.
  11. Whale and big shark both in stock as of this post.
  12. Disney/Marvel will take a % royalty for each set that gets made. Its entirely possible that Disney/Marvel said to LEGO "for this set we want a higher royalty"
  13. I suspect Disney/Marvel is charging a high license fee on that set for some reason.
  14. We are getting a City space launch centre. Not a proper Space base like the Message Intercept Base, Alpha Centauri Outpost, Ice Station Odyssey, Beta I Command Base, Space Lock-Up Isolation Base etc. Big difference.
  15. A Space base would be great.
  16. Still says last chance in Australia.
  17. Sails have yet to show up.
  18. A few of the parts that got listed (like the Ninjago scuba gear) are going to be popular on here...
  19. A building with a large amount of sand yellow (aka dark tan) as the primary color would be great and would certainly fit with the style of any number of museum buildings around the world. Also remember that modulars don't normally get new molds (the double bass in the jazz club was an exception because it wasn't technically a "new mold" since it was created already for canceled Vidiyo product)
  20. Once the parts order I placed just under 2 weeks ago gets here with my purple airtanks, I will have every color of airtanks that exists. Not after Cyberpunk but more Space (Ice Planet, Blacktron, Space Police, M:Tron, Exploriens, UFO, that sort of thing)
  21. June parts have landed on pick-a-brick. Anyone spot any new parts that would be good for space stuff?
  22. The good thing about the hoopty is that except the figs, accessories and stickers, it should be possible to get all the parts from Lego online pick-a-brick (including the windscreen) at some future point.
  23. I do wonder if there is some specific high license fee attached to the hoopty for some reason that has made it expensive... Anyone know what prices other toy companies are charging for the same ship and how that compares to other Marvel products from said toy companies?
  24. My problem with the hoopty is that it's such poor value, even compared to other Marvel sets.
  25. Based on what happened in the past, the parts should be available worldwide on he same day.
