Hi, I cannot render a chain in a submodel in MLCad. I can do it on example files from tutorial page - those run ok, but when I use the same commands in a subassembly, after running LSynth, I am shown the main model, I need to select the submodel again and then find that my two 16tooth gears are gone, LSynth has not run and the LSynth commands are still there. Do you know how to fix that?

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Mestari replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I hope for any colour that for once would be of the same shade, not several that Lego is famous for. That was quite a mosaic of reddish brown in pet shop and TBBT and a myriad of shades of gray, red, yellow, in every single set I buy :/ -

But this may mean fair quantity of same coloured bricks, maybe in dark orange? dark red? That is something that may be an important factor when considering a purchase. -
Impressive! When I see MOCs this big, I wonder how spacious house you all have :) I barely get away with 1 baseplate MOC... This one looks delicious ;)

It seems LEGO stopped giving us 12 tooth bevel gears as spare. When did it happen for the first time? Was that gear strengthened in any way?

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

DO was not so good to me not only because of small spaces, higher RPP and artificially inflated piece count. It also didn't introduce any colour in fair quantity. The end result looks probably better because of that reason, but I prefer to have a big building having lots of bricks in one colour like TH or PC and not have it divided in 4 different ones like DO had. Anything sand would be great, or bright light yellow, PLEASE! That way I can do something more with that set later on, MOC wise. It doesn't matter at all what kind of building it will be, but what parts it will have. Edited for more clear message :) -
Nice idea and well executed too :)

REALLY good :) I love all the details and the scene. I'm tempted to build something bigger pirate style too :)

Are those buildings priced the same on the market in real life too? ;)

I looked at it again and now like it more :P

It is really nice but frankly I prefer your other works to this one. I guess it is better to have your own idea from the start.

Well, it was, but I put it here in a different role ;) I hope this doesn't spoil it for you.

Hi, this build is my way of trying out different tree building techniques as well as doing something with that minifigure (and justifying the purchase :P). Some say it's a gnome, but let's settle for troll for this build. I used water technique I tried out in my previous MOC here: http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=111354. I am particularly happy about the foliage right next to the river (and the carrot top usage :) ) I hope you'll enjoy this one. Full gallery is here: http://bricksafe.com...i/trolls-bridge

Hello, I've got a small vignette to show you - a blacksmith. It is only 50 pieces + minifig. If you want to build it yourself and don't feel like doing it just from those pictures, here is a link to Rebrickable (building instructions + pieces): http://rebrickable.c...tari/blacksmith And here are the pictures: Full gallery is here: http://bricksafe.com...ilds/blacksmith Enjoy :)

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Mestari replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I'm not sure if that is relevant. Apart from few 1x2 light blue bricks that you can't do much with the DO didn't introduce any new colour to the line. Tan and brown was there before. All right, there is a bit of medium flesh, but still not much, just one room. I guess there is a big chance they will reuse some colours. -
Those toilet seats do look good (I know it sounds weird...)

Or the greenhouse will be on top of the building. I did one flower shop myself some time ago (see my bricksafe), I wonder how it would compare to an official one. -
Spectacular thing... of course a must buy. This will be a long to remember set that we will talk about later with fond memories ;)

I would say it does, with the exception of that spot in front right that needs removing.
