  1. Last time I called them, they weren't able to help me (I tried to buy some pieces that are constantly out of stock). Later that day I received a call from them (!) and the nice lady told me she managed to solve my problem and if I was ready to order, she could do it right there. Never before has anyone from customer service called me back on my private phone just to tell me they solved my problem and wanted to help. The only comparison I have is Fantasy Flight Games - they are also a very good example of how good customer service can be, but I never had phone contact with them, so no direct comparison.
  2. Let them do Moe's, let them do Moe's, let them do Moe's... PLEASE! ;) LEGO did so much against their non-alcohol thing already, and that would sell like hot buns. I hoped we would get some different color that standard yellow for the walls, but this looks good anyway. For the price they will ask for it in Poland - a pass, but I'll try to find it elsewhere.
  3. Does anyone know what happened to this one? I tried to search for it on Lego site and get no results. Set number seems to not exist, the only pencil holder is the Friends one :/
  4. This is great! I wish there were more photos, though...
  5. I don't care much what it will be, as long as it uses lots of different bright light yellow... I was so hoping that the tan of DO was that color (as some rumors indicated), but alas, it wasn't. I think right now Friends line is the only source of that color.
  6. Wow, my head is still twisted after watching this... How stable is that build?
  7. UPDATE: This MOC is now on LEGO Ideas - please support it by clicking here if you like it: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/96989 THANK YOU! If you want to build it, it is now available on Rebrickable too: http://rebrickable.com/mocs/Mestari/waiting-for-the-train-extended I hope you like it enough to help me make it a Lego set ;)
  8. Check out my Ideas project, Waiting for the train: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/96989

  9. Sorry for double posting - what kind of green those liftarms are? In the ldd it is stated as dark green, which should (?) translate to regular green in BL terms. The problem is there should be 5L liftarm in that color which doesn't exist in that color.
  10. Thanks! :) I do have the ldd file and have an excel file exported from part list manager, but it is a pain to use it...
  11. Is there any part list that I would be able to import to Rebrickable? I would like to start completing parts for this beauty :)
  12. At first I thought someone is trying to show us what he/she is going to model and the brick version will follow... Magnificent!
  13. He likes job well done :P
  14. Thank you ;) The blade is this DBG wedge: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=41770 and 1x4 dark gray tile. Those two keep the string attached. The blade moves between plates with door rail (1x8 + 1x2)
  15. Well, not if the purpose of the exercise would be to get more cheerful ;) It didn't work for the poor guy above...
  16. Apparently I didn't have good mood lately... I was really trying to build something more cheery, but... I came up with this: (All pictures can be seen here: http://bricksafe.com...tari/Guillotine)
  17. 26: 10 21: 6 5: 4 18: 3 15: 2 10:1
  18. Beautiful! Thank you for the file, I hope someone with skills will be able to make instructions out of it.
  19. I like everything about it...
  20. It's insane... Someday ;) when I have enough bricks and time (yes... like it ever happens...) I will build this :)
  21. Looks like New Earth ;) Great sculpture...
  22. So the version submitted on Rebrickable is the one with Lego LAs?
  23. Hello, It's been some time since I built this, but I was struggling with instructions (the dreaded LSynth ;) ). Finally I was able to synth the flex hoses and here it is - my small MOC together with instructions on Rebrickable: http://rebrickable.c.../alien-captured The MOC features a team of brave fellows, who have captured an alien, a special medical bed with automated hands for precision cutting ;) and a chamber that holds your "soon-to-be-examined" poor fellow. As you can see this fine specimen will soon be diagnosed by our professional medical staff. Soon we'll know everything there is to know about aliens :) Enjoy! If you decide to build it, please let me know your feedback here or on Rebrickable in comments.
  24. So, I go to the front page of Eurobricks... and the whole fun of watching the ideas reveal is immediately spoiled :/ Why not simply say the results are here? I was hoping they would go for the Ghostbusters HQ instead...
  25. The model is absolutely wonderful. I whish I could capture so much detail in a working model and such scale too Regarding the colors... SHAME ON YOU, LEGO :/
