  1. I really like the camera :) nice design
  2. I want to have a place in my living room for LEGO, but it needs to be disguised when not building, so no easy access drawers visible all the time. It will probably be custom built and will need to incorporate the desk with PC and 24" rotating screen. Do you have any suggestions? I was thinking of a wardrobe with deep drawers (is it still proper name if I don't store clothes in?) next to a desk, and a desk which would have deep drawers under and some shallow space above the desk with screen in the middle. Maybe some shelf on top of the screen and that shallow space for parts.
  3. Thank you all for comments :) Thank you :) The base, you mean like in your Spice Islands Watchtower?
  4. I made this MOC some time ago for my LUG contest. This is one Cthulhu that didn't know where to stop scaring people ;) I hope you'll enjoy this one :) More pictures can be found in my Brickshelf folder: http://bricksafe.com.../Mestari/arkham edit: how to edit the title of the topic? Cthulhu ate one of the letters "t" ;)
  5. This project of mine: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/96989 will soon sink into oblivion, no matter what, but out of curiosity - did you have in mind all train related ideas or just trains? Indeed, it would be great to have more love for trains from TLG...
  6. Impressive :) How did you do the movements on bricks? Did you use magnets? But then where did you put it in the minifig like the one skating?
  7. Looks really nice, do you have a video of it? Those are good pictures, I like it how you placed it in its natural habitat ;)
  8. Finally built this :) and my daughter loves it! I have two questions about the construction. Does anyone know what the grey connectors on portal hubs are for? Also I can see some kind of protection of the differentials (those grey liftarms), but never saw that anywhere else. Is it really necessary?
  9. Simply amazing, I want to have something like that on my desk and just watch it work :)
  10. So now we all are good and loving and technic building ;) Do you know when we will be able to buy new parts from B&P? I am particularly interested in the helicopter, but am missing just 40-50 parts.
  11. They read this forum ;)
  12. Great set, but I was hoping they would introduce a new clutch gear for that. Well, it's good anyway :)
  13. It says 5l in the parts list.
  14. An obvious thought just struck me - the red fire engine has been withdrawn to make all the necessary changes to incorporate LOTS of red #3 connectors! Why haven't we thought of that before? ;)
  15. The bedroom is the highlight of this build - really nice :)
  16. Thank you :) Yes, it's all there. You can export it to several different formats too.
  17. Thank you all for comments. TheLegoDr - you are right about the stairs, but that would be changed only if rebuilt :) The hight is limited by my bricks (same goes for the roof) and for that building I didn't want to have ground floor in different colour than upper floors. Maybe next time :) (I got a bit more of sand green) And the bench - too big, now I see it. I didn't want to copy any of several benches from my previous builds, that's why I was after something different.
  18. Thank you all for your kind words :) I'm really happy it stands out from other modulars. Unfortunately those two buildings are already taken apart to allow me for more modular MOCing :) so this street won't continue (at least for now, until I have much more bricks to use)
  19. I don't know what I like best, the idea, jeeps or photographs. Probably all of it ;)
  20. Same as TheLazyChicken (now, that is some nickname;) ) plus the candles and he priest! I also love the light through the windows. I am not so crazy about the stormtrooper comment though...
  21. Hello, I would like to present to you my second Modular building that I did in April this year. I wanted to present it with building instructions, that's why it took me so long to show it here. The building instructions are available for free at Rebrickable: http://rebrickable.c...lar-flower-shop The flower shop is located at the ground floor with small area for customers and behind the counter the shop keepers place. The entrance to the building is from the front for the customers and there is also back door for the owner. The owner's apartment is on the first floor - it is one big room, just as the ground floor. Then, there is removable roof. The instructions differ slightly to what's shown on the pictures as I didn't have all the right bricks at the time of building. The details changed are pavement colour to match official modulars, some gutter reinforcement and carpet on the first floor is now one plate higher. So.. here goes picture, I hope you'll like it :) First, my modular in all its glory ;) Now, the ground floor, the actual flower shop: Here comes the first floor apartment: ... and the roof: Here are all three modules together: and here's how it looks like with my first modular - the Ice Cream Parlor (http://www.eurobrick...opic=111129&hl=) If you want to have a look at some more pictures, please go to by Bricksafe gallery: http://www.bricksafe...lar_Flower_Shop
  22. I simply don't have any place now - trying to build on a bed, a stool and a cupboard at the same time...
  23. If they indeed did new engine parts, I hope those are smaller than the current ones.
  24. In his dream, he didn't ;)
