    Ol' Poggards Mill

After a dreadfully cute and disastrous rabbit infestation on his carrot farm, Ol' Farmer Poggard and his sons picked up what they had left and relocated to another part of the avalonian countryside, a good 20 minutes on foot, and together constructed a wheat mill. Turns out that was teh most profitable thing that could have happened to them, they actually began making an income and the success of Poggards' wheat mill was incomparable to that of his carrot farm, because let's be honest, no one likes carrots. CCCXII Medieval Husbandry The blades of the windmill turn, and the tower itself can rotate, like they do in real life. I'd like to make a motorised one of these one day for a convention... was quite a rushed build as Im off on holiday now for the rest of the year, and just got back from another holiday before christmas, which isn't building time... enough blabbing, it was rushed but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Based of this garbage. Hehe and I made an effort not to look at Cesbricks' Mill that he posted the day after i started playing around with the mill idea XP hope ye'all like it :) David out!
  2. Hey guys! This is my first entry to this year’s CCC, to the Fairy Tale Castle Category. It’s Rapunzel’s Tower. According to the original story written by the Brother’s Grimm, Rapunzel was a beautiful girl, locked up by an evil witch on a tower with no doors or stairs located deep in the forest. After a year or two, it came to pass that the Prince rode through the forest and went by the tower. He heard a song which was so lovely that he stood still and listened. This was Rapunzel who in her loneliness passed her time singing. The Prince wanted to climb up to her, and looked for the door of the tower, but none was to be found… The rest, you all know… :p It was a HUGE pain to photograph a MOC this size. The lighting never seemed right and in honesty I don´t think the photos do justice to this build, but I di9d the best I could :/ Some photos: Rapunzel's Tower Rapunzel's Tower Rapunzel's Tower
  3. Not much is known about Malcumus Erlond. People know he is a druid and a mysterious man, that lives in the old cottage on Death Cliff Island. People often say too, that is has a magic potion that turns anyone into a very smart person! Marcus and Gairbert are not smart… At all… And they decided to try and reach the cottage on top of the cliff and steal the potion from Malcumus and become the 2 smartest persons of the country… Would they be successful? :b Hey guys, this is my 6th and final entry to the CCC, to The Merry Band category. Hope you like it. Ho and I would totally live there :b Malcumus Erlond Cottage Malcumus Erlond Cottage Malcumus Erlond Cottage
  4. Deep in the forest, Vyell Henion stumbles across a very strange house. A house built in a very big and ancient tree… She heard about this ancient tree and the old lady that leaves there many times... The urge to knock is big… So guys, this is my 5th entry to the CCC,to the small miscellaneous category. It didn’t turned out quite well as I wanted but this was a rush build as I wanted to make one more. I love this concept and I will build more like this for sure when I have more time. Enjoy! 5. Hi guys This is the “Etheldreed Windmill” my 3rd entry for the CCC, Medieval Husbandry category, and also a freebuild to GoH. The mighty lands of Avalonia are home to many water and windmills, and perhaps the most known is the “Etheldreed Windmill”, where all kinds of cereals are milled to feed the nearby small villages. Being away from the forests, so it can catch strong winds, this windmill is an iconic landmark of Vanhorn Region. CC is welcome. I had to photograph this one with only artificial lighting so the pics came out a little dark. Enjoy
  6. Everybody knows the best vacationing spot isn't on one of the beaches of Loreos or in the forests of Lenfald. No, it's the beautiful, snow-covered mountains of Garheim. And that's where you'll find Gräehm Kendraic spending his time during the recovery period. Until he gets bored, that is. My entry for the Restricted category of the current Global Challenge for the Lands of Roawia game taking place on Merlin's Beard and for Miscellaneous in CCCXII.
  7. The red dragon sappers try to take a shortcut under the wall through the sewers, but get more than they bargained for when the blue lions open floodgate.

    A Medieval Vinyard

Hello, This is my new Moc, a medivial vinyard. I think it does not need that much explanation. 9. The home of Baba Yaga. A bewitched cottage that according to legend, walks on the leg of a giant chicken, and possess many of the same characteristics of she who dwells there. Including the toe fungus. CCCXII Fairytale castle category This. Was. A. Pain. building a structure that stands on a travis brick and flexitube leg with supports that can only be placed where its hidden by the leg was possibly the most irritating thing ive ever done in lego. the second time i got it to stand, the leg collapsed on itself and the house took a roll off my desk and dived to the floor, believe you me i've had it with this build XD Besides all the frustration, im happy with how it came out, quite happy that im done with it and next time it smashes will be the final time... ok now i should really start studying, exams are kinda important :p Baba Yaga, according to Slavic folklore, was a witch of incredibly bad looks, a horrid stench, and probably toe fungus. She eats rats and taters', and dwells deep in the woods in a cottage which has often been reported to walk off in the dark... CCC XII Custom figure. Enjoy! David
  10. First entry for CCCXII, for the Fairy Tale Castle category. :) Thought it would be cool to do something a little different for Rapunzel's tower, so I gave it more of a fantasy feel instead of the classic one.
