Good news everyone, if you already have an R2 but will eventually buy one copy of set 75379 for the Darth Malak figure, or for any reason you want the brickbuilt R2 model, i got you: make a Dropship of it and display your AT-TE along with it! I have 2 versions ready, more pictures and instructions available on my Rebrickable :) Both can carry and be displayed with an AT-TE (tested with 75337) connects to its technic handler, so it might work with a lot of AT-TEs as well. This is an alternative build of the Lego Set 75292 Razor Crest from The Mandalorean Show. For instructions visit my Rebricable Profile: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-69329/A_Great_Builder/slave-1-75292-b-model/#details The B-Model is also the iconic Slave 1. The ship used by Boba Fett. This Slave 1 version is inspired by the one used at the end of The Mandalorean season 2. You can see the detail in the ramp as it is a little different from the one used in The Empire Strikes Back.The cabin fits a minifigure and I included instructions to build a display. No additional parts are required; just the ones included in the set.

[MOC] VTOL cargo plane (alt. build for 42025 cargo plane)

Hi all, I'd like to introduce you an alternative build for the 42025 Cargo Plane: the Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) Cargo Plane. It's using only parts from the amazing 42025 Cargo Plane model. You can find the MOC details and building instructions at http://rebrickable.com/mocs/Shutterfreak/42025-model-c-vtol Above image is a LDD rendering. I eventually recreated the model with LDCad and produced instructions with LPub3D. The core design is the official 42025 A model (cargo plane), but I reused the linear actuators that lift the cockpit and the cargo bay and placed them in the engines to allow them to pivot between vertical position (take-off and landing) and horizontal position (cruising). The engines can be tilted while the propellers are running, which makes the VTOL operate as in reality. WHAT ARE "B-MODELS"? This term was used by Bjarne Panduro Tveskov (senior LEGO Space designer in mid-80's/early-90's) in THIS interview, describing models pictured mainly on rear side of LEGO boxes in 80's/90's, which are basically some different possible builds (without building instructions!) from the exactly the same pack of bricks as the main model set (or in principle: "Let's see what else we can build from the sets bricks only"). So that said below are some of my interpretations of those...all the LXF are, of course, mine...

Hi everyone! I’am interested in alternative builds that are made exclusively from parts of only one or few sets. Here is the Power Miners Cave Crab, a MOC that has been created exclusively with parts of Lego 8959 (the Claw Digger) . The Cave Crab is a three wheeled vehicle able to manipulate rocks with care thanks to its prehensile hands. Its powerful lights and its huge spiked wheels enable him to work underground.
