Hi all, I just finished the reimagined battlestar galactica, and it was phenomenal. So, I just had to build myself a viper. It has landing gear that raises and lowers, and it can fit one pilot. Enjoy! Colonial Viper Mk. II (1) by [DustyBricks], on Flickr Colonial Viper Mk. II (2) by [DustyBricks], on Flickr Colonial Viper Mk. II (3) by [DustyBricks], on Flickr Colonial Viper Mk. Sorry, for not replying sooner! I would, but 1) I'd like to keep as purist as possible, and 2)This is a viper based off of the reimagined series where the helmets look more like motorbike helmets. Also, I don't think Lego would allow a bsg MOC on ideas. I wish they would though! Thanks all for your comments!

Thanks all for your kind words. Appreciate it! I don't have any shots, but if you closely at the frst picture, you can see where the landing gear attach. They fold up, pretty much like the X-wing landing gear from 6212. I had considered using that part, but I simply did not have enough of them to cover the sides.

Doors and Cable by [DustyBricks], on Flickr Landing Gear Retracted by [DustyBricks], on Flickr It has opening doors in the back, a cable, retractable landing gear and a comfortable cockpit that can fit one Batman, cape and all! I also tried to build it so that the plane resembles the batsignal from a bird's-eye-view. Enjoy!

1. Set 1701: Galileo 7 Exploration by [DustyBricks], on Flickr 5. Door Opening by [DustyBricks], on Flickr 6. Tricorder readings, Dr. Mccoy? by [DustyBricks], on Flickr 7. Back by [DustyBricks], on Flickr 9. Controls by [DustyBricks], on Flickr Hello all, this Galileo 7 shuttlecraft from the original Star Trek series is my latest creation. Once again, I tried to build it like a Lego set with as many play features as possible. This build depicts the shuttlecraft Galileo 7 landing on Taurus II only to meet a large, stone/spear throwing anthropoid on the planet surface, as in the original episode "Galileo Seven". So, yeah, I'm in a very Star trek mood... Anyway, Enjoy! Video with all of the play features: https://flic.kr/p/qmVBVY

This was meant to be for Bruce Wayne in the normal continuity, however the plane itself is not based on any particular model. I'm glad you like it though!

Haha, yeah. I probably should have included a red shirt, just for fun! Thanks for the feedback!

Book II - Avalonia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
DustyBricks replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
I just realized that I never claimed a piece of land for my character. May I claim the island right underneath the Fairie forest and to the right of Marrock for myself? My character's region is called Ethyrion. -
Book II - Avalonia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
DustyBricks replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
Can we have multiple buildings for multiple categories within one large diorama? And also, should our settlement be the settlement of our respective characters? (As in, my character is Godfred of Ethyrion, so should I build my settlement as Ethyrion?) Thanks in advance -

The roofs, and overall busy feeling of the moc make it so realistic! The landscaping is really nice too!- 12 replies

This is such a great little scene that is complimented so well by your sharp photography!

Wow! The house is amazing, but there are so many great little details in here ( like the awesome landscaping). I can just imagine the spiders around the house already!
-
Very Nice! It is so surprisingly simple, yet at the same time, so effective!

Dang.... That looks awesome! The shaping/slopes/snot on the front section came out really nicely!

Book II - Avalonia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
DustyBricks replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
Lord Godfred of Ethyrion swears allegiance to Avalonia! Goh-Avalonia-Lord Godfred of Ethyrion by [DustyBricks], on Flickr Lord Godfred was originally a member of his village's guard in a rather isolated corner of the Mitgardian wilderness. After several years, Godfred yearned for more, and thus he embarked upon a journey to explore the far reaches of Historica. He rode his Great Wolf and bore his family crest of the red and white serpent throughout his travels. Two years later, he neared the end of his journey, in the great land of Avalonia. Here, he encountered the town of Ethyrion, which was plagued by an oppressive Governor. After acquainting himself with the village folk, Godfred found himself enthralled by these people and made it his responsibility to free them. With a band of villagers, Godfred overthrew the despot and was given the title of Lord of Ethyrion. Under his rule, Ethyrion flourished, becoming the a respected cultural center, known for its academy of the philosophies and magiks founded by the Druid, Gerius the Red. However, it still hosted a proud, but rather small, Ranger force led by Lord Godfred. ------------------------------------- Anyway, this is my sig fig. I look forward to building for Avalonia. Enjoy!
