Ya, here is a small one from CUUSOO: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/37352 It will be a big task to make one with interior and everything, but I am excited to see it! Howl's Moving Castle is my all time favourite Ghibli film, and perhaps even my favourite piece of animation as a whole, that being said, it will be awesome to see another interpretation of it in lego form! I can't wait to see it! Good luck!

I love this! This reminds of orc outposts from World of Warcraft! I love the horns in the roof and the tent, and that oozy green pond makes me wonder what the Ogres have been doing to it! Nice work! I really love it!

Whoa! That's really awesome! The thing that stands out to me the most is the incredible texture of the thatched roof and the brick, it gives a sence of depth that can be hard to achieve with lego. I also like how you added some variety in the walls with different browns and yellows. The part where the plaster has been stripped away to show the logs underneath also caught my attention. Good job and I hope to see many more amazing mocs like this one in the future!

Haha! I love how you did the Pick-A-Brick wall! I love how you managed to add so many features of a real store, like the minifig building thing, the P-a-B wall and the various models throughout the store! Nice work L@go!

Sweet! Love it! It would be neat to replace the coloured bricks with grey ones so it would be like the black and white episode! Nice job!

Should LEGO cut ties with Shell?
Bighappysmiles replied to legoman19892's topic in General LEGO Discussion
In all honesty, nothing in this modern world can ever be truly "green". And lets be honest, TLG uses a very, very large amount of plastic. The thing that gets me is when they say that by making LEGO sets they are indirectly hurting children and their future. That really makes me angry because LEGO was one of the best toys that I have ever had. It opened my mind to creativity and mechanics, and I think that that is more important then that trade deal TLG has with shell- 214 replies

Wow! I love these! So often we see amazing steampunk minifigs that go beyond lego, and often think that lego isn't good enough! You however, have shown that with a bit of creativity, you can make them with lego parts! Love that you brave enough to stay inside the peramiters lego sets, and still acheive something beautiful! Just goes to show that a purist fig can be just as awesome as a custom! Great job, very, very impressed!

That;s awesome! I like the look of the battery box and motor, they look sci-fi and you don't even have to hide them! The little flashy light is nice on such a small MOC to add some extra visual interest! Nice job!

Flight using Lego
Bighappysmiles replied to anton1678's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I don't see why some clever person with a lot of experience, mathematical ability and time could perhaps make a light weight indoor model plane. However, because ABS plastic is a pretty heavy material, it would be hard to make something that is more than just a frame. I have some experience with model planes and you could probably make the fuselage, or 'body' of the plane with some technic elements. However, I personally don't see why someone would put the time into making a lego model plane when you can make one much easier using some dense Styrofoam from the dollar store, some plastic and a light model engine for about 70 dollars...I would love to try, however, with my experience in model planes and cars, I would say that lego is much better suited for making cars and land vehicles rather than air. I'm sure it could be done, but it's just not very practicle- 157 replies

[MOC] UCS Hailfire Droid in combatmode
Bighappysmiles replied to Gerechtigkeitsliga's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Very well done! I find the look of the Hailfire droids very interesting with the strangely angled wheels, so I like to see people build them in different ways. I also like how you did the flying missles with the pipes, looks very cool! I can't wait to see the entire project done! -
This is interesting..... I wouldn't have thought lego would release another MMO after that other one failed so badly....Kinda a strange descision for another MMO, perhaps it will be Free To Play, that would be better. I'm interested to see how this one goes, hopefully it will come to be a decent game

You could try making a custom figure! I know some people are repulsed at this idea, but, in all honesty, creating custom figs can be one of my favourite things to do with lego! It is very fun and rewarding once you have finished. You should even use REAL metal for some of him!!! You can use a lot of stuff for figure customizing and it gets you to think outside the box and realms of lego to create something. And you know the best part of figure customization??? Once you are done, it is completely yours and no one else on the planet will have another like it! That is my suggestion. Don't worry, I understand if you don't feel good customizing lego like this, but it really is fun.

Wow, this is very well done! It is so accurate to the real-world thing! I have to say, the really awesomeness in this build is the fans, that is brilliant, simply amazing! I would not have even thought of that, but the fact that you did that shows me that you are an amazing building, and very dedicated to you builds. You have truly blown me away!

Wow! So much detail! I love how the front wheel comes forward, it looks really cool!
-
Wow! That looks really good! I like how you built it into the side of the mountain! The roof is also very well done! I would like to suggest one thing though, add some accents to the walls. The just gray walls look very monotone and I think it would improve the moc greatly just to incorporate differing colours. I love all of your builds, they are very good! I can't wait to see some more!

[MOC] Modular Apple Reseller With Apartment
Bighappysmiles replied to 2013-lego's topic in LEGO Town
Wow! This is a really amazing build! I love the colours and how they go together!! Adding the modern to the classic like that really makes this moc very unique, and I love it! It totally changes the feel of the modular buildings to a something like a modern downtown with lots of classic building! Great job! -
That's great! I love how it's so close to the ground and the shape of the engine is cool. I like how you used the flat panels on the sides
