  1. Nice work.
  2. This is excellent work. Real eye candy treat to see.
  3. I don't think it is all that hard to add a Power Function motor and battery box to it if it doesn't come with one.
  4. Welcome aboard, girlontheleft coast.
  5. Very interesting. I vaguely remember blue tracks and red hook couplers. All my earliest LEGO disappeared in a move. I still have my 7710 box. It's the first set I bought after moving out.
  6. Note that the printing on the white Friends balls can wear off: gbc wear and tear by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  7. How about the Montparnasse derailment? Train entered station too fast and over ran buffer stop. Newstand person died.
  8. Thanks. I saw on the news some museums and sport events are banning selfie sticks. The smartphone part is from Friends sets such as Dolphin Cruiser. Bricklink -> http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3069bpb279
  9. Welcome to EB, Cristian.
  10. Welcome aboard. You're going to have a ball with GBCs.
  11. Some of these may not be work safe--NSFW. Day 115 of 365: Light Sabre Selfie Stick by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Day 114 of 365: Gymnastic High Bar by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Day 113 of 365: Indiana Jar Jar by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Day 112 of 365: Wrecking Ball by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  12. Nice work. I think the middle section could be a bit lower to the track to match the front of the train.
  13. I think the kid in me prefers the magic explanation. Because it is fun to see things get smashed or run over. The not so fun part is rebuilding.
  14. ^LOL, it's all fun and games until someone loses an eye.
  15. Neat. Always nice to see others do a crawler. The real crawler operates very slowly. Not more than 1 or 2 miles per hour if I recall.( It has been years since I bought the Creator space shuttle and made crawler+launch platform for it in the classic town style.) Good luck.
  16. Cool. How did you get the rear engine to uncouple in the nick of time?
  17. Clever build. Never knew they were book worms.
  18. Thanks for the review. A flatter package seems more useful for builds outside of the Technic forum.
  19. Thanks. Not my favorite Star Wars character but works for a 365 photo a day project.
  20. Maybe sailors with the worst luck.
