    I always like the challenge of fixing things myself like the worn bearings in my washing machine. I think the more cursing the better the repair. Do what works for you.

    Yes, it is Windoff Cargosprinter-like rescue train similiar to the Swiss but in the LEGO toy style.

    There is Intercity 125 in your build. Are you looking to make a depressed floor for a dome car and still have the bogie attach to it? You could use this part to depressed the floor to something like this

    You can try Lego Customer Service or Bricklink it. You could also drill a hole in the bogie plate and put in a machine screw if you do model railroading stuff.
