    The only drawback was found by 'kevin8'.......no wall between the barber's and the staircase ? I need even more high res images now to see why they couldn't do better and if it can be modified with a wall.

    If the windows are printed.....wow, they'll demand a high price on Bricklink. I just found these on Brickset....... I totally dig the snow shoes as ceiling fan blades....dam, why didn't I ever think of that ? The barber's look a little cramped eh ? I wonder what that item is on top of Ace's filling cabinet ?

    Well, we need to really see more close up pictures but remember it's meant to be neon lights on that sign and they generally don't need much of a background unless required.

    The safe of sorts by the looks of it is mounted in the wall between the front windows and inline with the back of the 'POOL' sign.

    If you look closely the pool sign is mounted on a 1 plate thickness part......now we totally need to see more shots to work out how it was done.

    I'm wondering if there should a poll taken.....who likes or dislikes this design and maybe what direction they would like to see the modular series take ?

    Maybe Lego's idea is that city buildings in creator and vehicles in city ? (just a thought)

    Dam it, Lego just when I though I wouldn't consider going back to modulars you came up with this very cool set ......Ace Brickman P.I. awesome character name eh ? Very 1950's N.Y,.....only a cop car or yellow cab is missing ! The paint roller lamp trick I'm going to consider using next year in some of my MOC's. The POOL sign is fantastic, I like the fusion of sticker and brick built signs ! I can't wait to see more pictures. Edit - I noticed there is a female police officer with a new torso....has female hips and I think a new hair piece as well.

    Okay, now I think we are scooting in the arena of off topic right ? Cussoo/Lego Ideas seem to have a price bracket for the set to fit into.....I did say seems to, unless the museum does make it......well, it would be a great choice to sit near the town hall in peoples layouts. Now hopefully in a few days Lego can put us all out of misery and do their video, etc. for the next modular.
