    Neat design there 'Murdoch17'......though it's more hostel style....no doors ? And oh, dear no bathrooms ? Though I do realise with not much space......well, a loo and shower is a bit hard to squeeze in. Brick On LDD On 'Murdoch17' !

    I agree sadly as it is too big......Lego usually produce Ideas sets between two price points and modulars are way out of those price points. Now the bar serving booze....why not......doesn't the PR have wine bottles and we had a collectable minifig waiter with wine bottle on a tray.

    I found the photo I used for inspiration to build the church frontage. Just packing up NM right now to transport it to TC for the weekend's show......keep watching !

    Thanks 'just2good' for your video review, now at last the cops have something to fend off crooks with crowbars and snakes or crooks who are called Snake ! It's a neat little set and that's it.....it's neat nothing to write home about as the saying goes. Lego could of put more effort into the ATV's design a little more but that would of pumped up the price.

    You know 'timtosino' both our designs are missing something......hydraulic stabilizer legs. I can't wait to see your snow plow......next years GV set might give you the parts to make the plow section. Brick On 'timtosino' !

    A bar would make sense with a pool table.......I feel it's heading towards US style modulars now.

    Ah, but many of us don't have a degree in industrial design to design Lego sets. It's the main requirement to work as a Lego designer which I feel is the reason behind some of the awesome hits and so-so misses they have created.

    I wonder how Lego chose what to produce next ? After a long lunch ? Maybe they should ask us for a change......like yeah if that would ever happen ?

    Ha, I was even quicker than first thought ! Of course there is no interior, but there will be for next year's shows.......it's going to flipped 90 degrees and extended length ways. Keep watching......I set up NM at TC tomorrow afternoon.

    Now barbershops in Oz back in the 40's/50's also sold tobacco products......but I guess Lego would skip that.

    Hmm, that would mean that the buildings are very narrow and you need space to have a pool table.

    Really those colours ? I need to see it for myself......a pool table speaks bar or pool hall underneath the detective's office and there should be a barber's shop pole as well right ?

    In my opinion no way, the new torso looks fantastic. Bat's as usual looks cool......now we wait to see the others.

    Quick written update....no photos yet of my church frontage which will become it's side when I build the rest of it (not enough time or money to complete it). I hope to photograph it this afternoon and post it......keep watching !

    Thanks 'CityBuilder', though I never thought of my towns as being cute......but it is Lego so yeah......cute. PB is still on hold, while final touches are being made to NM for this weekend's display at TC. Keep watching !

    Those few city sets on TRU's website are down........I sense another put them up, get people chatting and then pull them down time........S.O.P. for Lego...again.

    I agree......though what about a hardware store......there are quite a few that designed for women to shop at and there are also a lot of women who swing a cordless drill around the their houses ? Perhaps the idea behind Mia's Sports Car is to push Friend's collectors into MOC'ing structures for these accessorized sets ?
