    It's going to be an interesting year......we only know of sets for the first half of 2015 who knows SC might expand even more or maybe the creator/city themes brand names might pop up.

    'jonwil' did you see the price on the PC......it's listed on Lego.com at 199 AUD which is a bit too cheap for such a set ?

    I have just noticed that Target are selling the Simpson's house online for 279 dollars......not sure if that is an instore price as well ? A little birdy told me that because the market got flooded with the houses they are now not selling and retailers are having a hard time moving them. Edit - oop's silly me to forget, Toy Corner has their 15% off sale again and have just taken delivery of a fresh batch of Pet Shops.

    I don't feel that they are too kiddish those swamp police sets......for me many of the vehicles for excellent value for money builds, but that's just my opinion. Now I find it strange that TRU in the USA has only the snow plow listed and that's it.....gee, can't be much of a Black Friday this year ?

    Galidor !? Seriously back on topic, I have been told that the PR in Oz might become available at all independent retailers soon......usually the latest release is exclusive only to one department store chain. So maybe there might be a fresh one meaning DA waiting in the wings ?

    Yep, only down side to those sets.....the stickers are of the brick colour not trans-clear with printing......oh, well I'm still buying them ! Only thing missing from those sets is......The Stig !

    Wow, I can't believe the number of new torso design we are getting for City next year.......the female torso in the jeep/dune buggy is a white top, jewellery and green jacket...whew some thing different for a change ! Plus she is the mechanic as well ! Note also the branding in Lego City is expanding......Octan of course, plus CB.....that's City Bank but now Tele which has an old school telephone receiver in it's logo.....no need to guess what that one means. edit - on closer inspection.....the new construction helmets actually have the ear protectors permanently attached....one whole piece design.

    I love both sets.....actually the beach house reminds me of the classic town houses of the late 1970's. The toy shop & grocer look better open like in the box art......but man, that's three sets so I can make all three shop fronts. Everyone knows how much the tiger loves making shop fronts !

    Well, I'm working on the special roof sections for the pub at the moment and the whole town layout will be out and about next week at Toy Corner (Sat/Sun). Keep watching !

    The only ones that interest me really are...Carpenter and Hot Dog Guy. Now do you think we finally get a hot dog in a bun piece or a claw hammer for the Carpenter.....a chisel in his/her other hand be nice but that might be asking too much !
