Those cacti are wonderful, great work!

The browns work well together and make sense from the standpoint of different conditions as the tree grows higher. It was the orange color, my eye was drawn to it, but there was nothing there of interest other than that little spot. I think part of it is that it is in the center of the scene, which is a natural resting spot for the human eye. It was only a small critique, and really did not take away from the overall scene at all.

I like the angle you got on the speeder a bunch, really helps sell the motion. The dark blue looks good, the more you experiment, the more ideas will come so keep at it!

Nice work, the purple really adds some nice color to the scene, and that jetpack is pretty cool!

That platform is really nice, but I think I like the mid platform even better. There is a real sense of the overgrown vegetation on the ground. I am not sold on the color changes on the tree, especially the dark orange, it kinda draws my eye to a blank area in the scene. Otherwise, nice work man!

Oh man, I really love your styling and design sense! It has a Blade Runner meets The Fifth Element sense to it. The ship is wonderful, I love the nets, crane, and all the little details that make it look well used. Great work man!

Location: Zimunsk (G06) Tags: Octan, Exploration Space Vehicle ---------- Start Log ---------- The readings taken a week ago have proven useless. I was told to find the ocean here on Zimunsk and explore its' shores for biomass that may be worthy of experimentation. Unfortunately when I arrived at the coordinates of that shoreline, all I found was a desolate desert. It seems as if the ocean was here at one time, but it is gone now, and anything that lived by its shores is dead and decayed into odd looking black skeletons. I have taken some samples and will return to the Axle with my findings ----------- End Log ---------- Unfortunately the Corporation discovered that Jacques has not been as diligent on his missions as he has been reporting, and a disciplinary hearing has been called for next week. The following recordings were recovered from Explorer LaRose's headgear upon a recent routine inspection of his gear. "Oh man, oh man, oh man.......where the heck is this ocean? Why did I promise an ocean adventure, stupid Jacques! "Nothing in any direction but skeletons and cacti! Oh man am I in trouble, this could not be going any worse!" "Hey Baby, no need to get out of the Octanabago.....no....I know where it is......just give me a few more hours, I'll get us to the ocean. What!?! Here!?! Come on, just give me one more hour?" "Typical first date.......guess there won't be a second.......might as well get some work done while I am here, don't want the eggheads back home on my butt!" *These recordings are now property of the Octan Corp and will be used as evidence, let this be a warning to any other employees who decide that our time is your time! I hope you enjoyed this weeks adventure, this was my first attempt at a storyline, so please let me know what you think, here are a few extra pictures: here is the folder with larger pictures: https://www.flickr.c...157656275445306 The Octanabago is my homage to Spaceballs, classic movie! Enjoy!

I think my favorite parts are the rockface with the tunnel and the micro ship. The insect is also really well done. Nice to see an old theme resurrected!
