  1. Oh, that engine area is wonderful! Great ship!
  2. Wow! The overall shape is really nice, but it is when you start to look closer that all the details come to life. Great work!
  3. I really love the turrets and engine areas! Great work!
  4. Such an amazing shape! The perfect balance of organic shape and greeble areas. Great work!
  5. The shape and colors are great, but I think the playability of the ship is my favorite part! The interior is great.
  6. Here is my Category B entry: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=114024
  7. This is my entry into Category B of Challenge #2 OTC Moby Dick This is a heavily armored transport carrier. It has been designed to carry anything from troops to land vehicles to small space fighter. During times of peace it can be easily converted into a cargo transporter able to penetrate the most hostile parts of space to get supplies to corporation employees. The upper portion holds a pilot, navigator/co pilot, four gunners, and one engineer. Notes: The front and back door fold down to create an airstrip for fighter to land on. The gun turrets rotate side to side and up and down. There are retractable landing gear on the underside, but the ship is too heavy for them to properly hold up the ship, so I left out the pictures of them. More, larger photos here: https://www.flickr.c...157657946336552 Enjoy!
  8. Really cool listening device! I like the angles and the tubing a lot. I wonder who is putting them there!?! Can't wait to see.
  9. Thanks, I wish I had more of those ice cream parts to make the smoke more obvious. Simplicity is the key to the lighting, just a few lights pointed towards the ceiling above the scene. Thanks again! Thanks so much! I hope you still think they are awesome after the next installment of the story! Thanks! Jacques always know the good spots for a nap! Thanks!
  10. Coolio indeed! That water vaccum is so cool, especially the nozzle and the water being sucked up. Great idea and amazing work to bring it to life. The landscaping is great too, but I am not much of a fan of landscapes, so I overlooked that Seriously, the water transitions look great as does the treeline.
  11. Love that micro ship, it is so cool. The pod is also really well done. Nice job man!
  12. The atmosphere shot was tough to get the look I wanted, thanks a lot! Thanks, it is getting tougher to come up with new tree ideas! Thanks so much, I credit Mark Falworth with the irregular bases I use, he is a good source of inspiration! Thanks man! Thanks, I thought the last shot needed something, and originally I was going to fill the whole thing with flowers, but I was able to restrain myself! Thanks again for all the kind words.
  13. Jacques may be in a bit of trouble.......http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=113616
  14. Location: Quantus III (H07) Tags: Octan, Exploration, Ground Vehicle ---------- Start Log ---------- It has now been revealed to me that I am on my way back to Quantus III to find out why some of the probes I left have gone missing. Should be an easy mission, I am sure it is something simple. *Break in Log* Mayday mayday mayday.....my ship is unresponsive and entering the atmosphere at the wrong approach angle and speed. I will not be able to control my descent for much longer......mayday mayday mayday *break in log* I have landed on Quantus III, okay landed may be an exaggeration of what happened. My ship became unresponsive and entered the atmosphere out of control. I hit hard, and the ship is in pieces, but should be salvageable. I will continue on with my mission and hope that my call for help is being answered. *break in log* This day is getting better, I love this new Octan hover board, really get you where you want to go in a hurry! *break in log* No signs of the trouble that effected my ship nor the anomalies that were reported to command about the lost probes. I have searched the edge of the forest for hours. Time for a quick break, then back to work! ---------- End Log ---------- To Be Continued........... Notes: Credit for the background on the hover board picture goes to Kosmas Santosa. Inspirational credit for the hover board goes to PaddyBricksplitter. I have been looking for a background for this board for a while now. Hope you enjoy this entry into the ongoing story of Jacques LaRose, more to come! Comments and Critiques welcome Enjoy!
