  1. What a wonderful idea! The still shots of the geysers are great, and that logo on the front is a total win. Great job!
  2. Fantastic stuff Kai! Love the water and the slab, glad to see that we explorers all have our priorities straight!
  3. Pretty neat ship!
  4. Great story telling as always!

  8. Location: Illustria (F04) Tags: Octan, Exploration, Land Vehicle From the desk of the Magistrate: After close review of the case files in the matter of Explorer LaRose's conduct during recent missions, the Magistrate has ruled as follows: Although Explorer LaRose's methods are unusual, his findings are sound, his work has been verified, and his attitude is one of Octan first. I find no reason to punish him for any actions taken. However, I would urge Mr. LaRose to remember that company time is not leisure time, work hard, punch out, then play hard. ---------- Start Log ---------- The wonderful individuals at the top of our command structure have sent me to Illustria to collect water samples. I am sure they saw it as a punishment since this place is so devoid of alien activity and is mostly just rocks and water. After a few hours of cruising the coastlines to find a suitable spot to start, I happened upon one of the only shady spots on the entire planet. Time get those samples so I can leave this harsh, tough environment! ---------- End Log ----------- Now, you didn't really think Jacques was going to change his ways, did you?!? larger photos here: https://www.flickr.c...157654641141804 Enjoy!
  9. Thanks so much for all the great comments everyone! @BigSal - This is the second time Jacques has shown off his flowing locks. He also did so in "Working Hard" when he was hanging in the hammock. Just trying to keep up with your interior scene my friend! @Pombe - Thanks, not sure I deserve that kind of praise, but I certainly appreciate it! Thanks again y'all, your comments keep me pushing myself to make more scenes for you to enjoy!
  10. Really creative trees, great work!
  11. Bonus, bonus, bonus!!! Anyone referencing Airplane in their scene automatically wins my heart, really made my day, thank you! The scene is really nice, and that little buggy is great for such a small vehicle. Well done!
  12. Sounds like a good compromise, thanks for listening to us!
  13. Please transfer 60 credits to Bob, well worth this weeks' payoff!
  14. Very cool! The use of the Burp as a windshield is fantastic! I might have switched the side wings with the rear stabilizers to give it more width than height, but that is a design point. Also not sure if it needs the nosecone, I think it might look nice as a snub nose design. Nice work overall!
  15. I agree, vertical opening doors are just plain cool! Great work.
  16. Very nice, enjoy the new scenery!
  17. The colors are great and that cockpit is really nice. I am not sold on the steering wheels on the sides, but other than that, great job!
  18. So good! I love those little aliens, very creative. Also, the shuttle is really well designed. Great work man!
  19. Very powerful looking. I really like the position of the cockpit.
  20. But....the fifth leg is the one with the most flavor!!! Enjoy the car Bob, just make sure you top off the tanks before bringing her home. Great shaping on the car, you really get the luxury vehicle feel, especially with the hood ornament!
  21. Very nice, the micro vehicle really sells the size of the worm. Great job getting it so well balanced!
  22. Explorer LaRose is having his day in court: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=112724
  23. Location: Farmolis (H06) Tags: Octan, H06 From the desk of The Magistrate: There will be no weekly log from Explorer LaRose, he is in hearings to determine whether his actions were in line with company policies. He has decided to fight the charges, and we cannot divulge testimony at this time, but we have been able to take a few still shots to show the public that all Octan hearings are done with the utmost seriousness. The ruling will come down next week, at which time we will find out if and how Mr. LaRose will continue with the company. We appreciate your patience during this matter. All Hail Lord Business and the Octan Corporation! notes: I needed a break from crazy landscapes, so I wanted to do an indoor scene. Credit for the Octan logo goes to Peteris Sprogis. Keep your fingers crosses for a good outcome! Here is the setup shot: more, larger photos here: https://www.flickr.c...157656659983525 Enjoy!
  24. Incredibly creative ship. I really like the cockpit and the side windscreens, make the ship very MANTIS!
  25. Fantastic work! I love how you have made them all connect in both physical and story line. Great job!
