That's because she was talking about the dangling Bluetooth "dongle" going to this item (which girls stare at): -
Custom parts
DLuders replied to AKM_76's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Yes, I have glued the Lego ABS plastic together with ABS glue (which one can get from a hardware store). I could care less if "Lego Purists" approve or not; it's my property and my decision. -

Short Axle Connection
DLuders replied to Boxerlego's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I don't understand your logic -- you would spend money on (expensive) JB Weld epoxy rather than sacrifice a few $0.02 Technic Axles? -

8284 Buggy Instructions
DLuders replied to DarkShadow73's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
The official Building Instructions on the Lego Customer Service website sometimes has a choice between the "NA" (North American) size paper (8-1/2" x 11"), and the larger European ("IN") size paper. Perhaps you could select a "Shrink to Fit" on your printer settings to capture all of the IN-sized information. -
Oh, it seems that The Lego Group modified their April 9, 2013 Lego Technic Designers Blog entry to include those pictures. EK = Egor Karshiev (rm8).

Fire Truck
DLuders replied to legosamigos's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
@ legosamigos: "Proliferous" means that you have produced a lot of Lego creations in a short amount of time! It also means "abundant" and "fruitful". -
LDD Vacuum Engines
DLuders replied to Boxerlego's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
@ Boxerlego: I know that using the LDD "Hinge Align Tool" for piston crankshafts is time-consuming! Do you plan on building this with real Lego parts? -
The Texas Tornado (4spd crawler)
DLuders replied to AndyCW's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
What a great combination of light weight, climbing/crawling ability, and articulation! The 4-speed transmission is especially good. How long do those Power Functions rechargeable batteries last with those "thirsty" RC Buggy motors?- 21 replies

He replaces Jetro (Jetro de Chateau). "If you want to get in contact with your LEGO Ambassador, leave suggestions or ask questions, you should write to: lego.ambassador[AT]technicbricks.com ." Motor Upgrade
DLuders replied to Boxerlego's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
@ Boxerlego: Hey, with that fast-running, modified Lego Power Functions XL motor, one may be able to achieve helicopter flight! Several questions: 1) How hot does the motor become when you run it for an extended period of time? 2) What is the cost of the Neodymium magnets, and do you The Lego Group ever adopting your idea to produce an "XXL" motor someday? 3) Did you modify the PF Battery Box to short-circuit its internal fuse? -
