Lego Technic 8258 DumpTruck

Post some pictures of your build. I think that LA is wrongly placed and that's the reason of not working properly. -
Look at your model. Then look at Lime panels above front axle. Then look at the sticker on it.

OK, here's my criticism: That grapple will not work, due to locked in place (under that C frame) pneumatic cylinder. -

I am going (finally) to write a reviews of 42069 for polish LUGs soon, so here's comparision of 42069 with 42054: -
The cab is too low, it look like chop top skidder :D And remove those lights from front blade, in real life they would be torn apart on first use.

It is possible, You have only one Technic axle going to front. You could rebuild the front axle with using small turntable to incorporate it as pivot point. Give it a try.

Interesting idea, it was one of my first thoughts about C model for that set. Looking forward for the finished model. Why you have decided to use small turntable in the middle of the frame, instead of using pendular axle on the front? Problem with making a skidder even on 107mm wheels is that they are still too small for a bigger model :) Real machine uses really big tires, so even with Xerion tires this model will be relativelly small.
