  1. You are not going to move some topics here? Like Ingmar's trucks?
  2. Yes, but if it lift that trunk, it will work like a catapult :D
  3. May I ask why you want to do it? Adding double wheels at rear axles (with keeping the same width) would require to remove the suspension from rear axle.
  4. Have you considered using LDD for quicker building and then exporting files to MLcad format? It is not a perfect solution (some newer pieces are exported with errors or dissapear completely), but it changes the building speed drastically. I am using that solution for a very long time and it works for me :)
  5. That chain will be blown all over the bot after it hits something hard. Change it to axles and maybe knob wheels.
  6. Ah, you are going to make something like a monster truck? With same size of the cab, but different chassis for bigger wheels?
  7. Do you have enough parts to make a model that will be aproximetally 50% bigger than 42039B?
  8. Damaged taken straight from the new set, or damaged after time?
  9. At least 100000 pieces. And probably more are coming :)
  10. Why not both? Shelves made from three (or four) layers of system plates and columns made with axles, connected to shelves by 1x5 plates. And you will have full width of the shelves with studs, and unwanted studs can be covered by tiles. You could also change the width of the studs by using 1x2 jumper plates with normal plates.
  11. Change those 1x6 thin iftarms to 1x6 plates. Those "shelves" will be stiffer. And 1x5 liftarms for 32124 1x5 technic plates Also, things that are increasing cost of your model are those 1/2 bushes and 1L liftarms in black
  12. I love when poeple add a picture of real machine for comparision... OK, this time list of things that are out of proportions would be way too long, because I am also working on TGX (bigger one, so far XXL cab on 5 axle chassis with gearbox) and I could suggest rebuilding almost every part of your model. Maybe a picture will be better? It is still a WIP, it is not perfect because still needs some tweaks (and and its overal dimensions will be changed, because it should be a bit smaller to match wheel size) but so far it resemble shape of the real truck quite nice (its size would be fine with Black Cat wheels). Anyway, consider at least rebuilding the bumper to change shape of the lights, rebuild rear parts of front mudguard to add that slit, add a gap between cab and bumper, add some details like wipers, turn signals, In other words, work on details that are characteristic for this truck.
  13. I'd go for more 2x11 than 1x11. 1x11 are quite fragile with those rods that have aproximately a bar diameter.
  14. No problem, I do not own the set, but after looking on its 3D model it is the first thing that came to my mind :)
  15. Yes you do. Keep in mind that 42043 comes with twelve great truck wheels and additional parts that could be a great starter pack for making pneumatically operated dump truck ;)
  16. Doooo iiiiit! You will love it. And you can easily build many things just using pneumatic parts from one 42043 set, becuase it provides four cylinders, four switches and a small pump.
  17. A pile of 5x7 frames and tread links :D I am on opposite site, I love pneumatics. This is the reason why I have two 42053 and three 42043. 42042 is also a good set, but uses colour not so popular in Technic sets. Go for the air power :D
  18. Check if you have the z16 gears (both with o an + opening) in correct order. It look s like your problem is caused by that z16 that is on the steering axle.
  19. This is Omars 120T recovery unit and it is not a rotator. It does have outriggers, but not a crane that can swing to sides.
  20. No pictures this time, to keep Milan out of work ;) This truck has been also stolen and turned into a set by Lepin. This is pathetic...
  21. You have forgot to add mirrors :)
