  1. I really, really like this build. It feels very grounded and solid. The one thing that escapes me is the usefullness of a waterwheel in a pond. Other than that, as said, great build!
  2. Interesting mod. The 3rd floor does have that jugendstill vibe that you try to achieve but I agree with others that it does not really match the rest of the building. I almost wish the lower parts were more in style to match the fantastic 3 floor.
  3. Awesome stuff. Reminds me of my childhood when I build plastic kits and created ruins to place my soldiers in. Very nicely done!
  4. Great build, as always!
  5. Great build! The angled walls provide an interesting interior.
  6. Great build. I love how the walls follow the rocks, good work on that. The opening keep is a very nice feature. And I have to say: that face with the red cheeks is perfect for a drunkard!
  7. Awesome review: 2,7/potato, would read again.
  8. My best guess: 1) Gardener 2) Blacksmith 3) Giraffe suit guy 4) Monster from the deep sea 5) The Baroness 6) The beekeeper 7) Bowler (a person who goes bowling) 8) The director 9) Unlucky fellow (completely covered in cast) 10) The hobo 11) The teacher 12) Deck hand 13) Paparazzi 14) The beggar knight (with dented armour scraped together from bits and pieces) 15) Fakir 16) Nimf
  9. Love the bridge!
  10. As allways a great modular. The first floor is my favourite. No one does those 'carved' façades like you!
  11. I don't think 4 years old is to young. I recently bought my first train, the Metroliner, especially for my son, who is to be born somewhere this month. So 4 is old in my book.
  12. Awesome idea and execution! Some great vignettes but the ironing steals the cake!
  13. At whom would the questions be addressed?
  14. Awesome ship. Great colours!
  15. O wow these are excellent. In terms of shaping the kind of remind me of the Bat mobile from the Tim Burton movies, which is an excellent comparison.
  16. Instantly recognizable. Good job!
  17. Thanks for the advise everyone. I'll keep an eye open for 9v track!
  18. While you are a superb architect with great buildings as a result it is your landscaping that does the trick for me every single time. It just looks so alive. There is a balance of foilage, stuff lying around, colours and different heights that just works. I would probably pay to see a timelapse of you building one of your moc's.
  19. Well it just that I am curious about the speed regulator, cleaning and maintanance and such.
  20. So I just bought a 4558 Metroliner for a sweet price (€125 including box) and now I am looking for things that are must-haves when you are starting with 9V and things that one absolutely needs to know. So all you experienced train techs, what are your pro tips? Thanks in advance!
  21. Incredible build. The sheer size alone is impressive let alone the fact that is part of an even bigger moc!
  22. This could very well become a series! Great idea!
  23. Awesome stuff! You have a very recognizable style of which I am very fond. The dark blue for the water is a great idea!
  24. Hi Cousarmy, I am far from an expert in ships but since you asked what seems wrong with it I take it you feel as if something is off and are looking for a more general opinion than a shipbuilders extact view. There are to things that pop out: 1: the ship seems somewhat short 2: the complete hull from front to cabin has the same height. This makes it look somewhat like a speedboat with an oddly placed cabin. Hope this helps!
