  1. Very nice work indeed. In DelVaLUG City, we need full on bullet proof Lexan. Heck, even our garbage truck has a long gun attached to the side next to the shovel.
  2. Nice Work. Lime Green would look nice as well and it would be similar to the roadway safety trucks in my area. Although the maintenance trucks are traditional safety yellow.
  3. Awesome laundry mat. We need one of these in our town layouts. Just trying to determine if it needs to have a pretty facade or that worn down bad part of town look?
  4. Really Great work. One think I noticed that helps you out on the interiors is that you don't have inset windows or double thickness facades which consumes a large amount of my interior room. Perhaps I should look at ways to reduce this in my models to maximize the space on the interiors....
  5. Sweet design! I like the removable roof.

Very nice building. But it needs the addition of a holding pen for the captured crooks.
  7. Very Nice Build. Great work,
  8. Great Work! That looks like it could be on the Dr. Who Christmas Special.
  9. Thanks for the advice and I will work to dilute some of the orange from the MOC. It walks pretty well. It moves easily in all directions and gets nice traction on any interior table or floor surface. I can add some rubber dampers to the back pair of legs to make it walk more easily on slick surfaces like glass or glazed ceramic, but the biggest issue with this MOC is the weight of the Lego around the walker. The frictionless pins were not engineered to handle lots of use while supporting a heavy load.
  10. Here is my first Space MOC to be posted to EuroBricks. Introducing the Pest Annihilator a.k.a. The Cootie Crusher. This modular ship consits of three sections which can be separated into their individual components. The version in the photos represent version 2.5 of the creation as it has undergone some changes to make the vehicle more stable and kid friendly in the last 10 months. The drive section that contain all the Power Functions features is built on an odd Technic beam basis while the structure around the chassis is an even styled system build. The Pest Annihilator/Cootie Crusher
  11. Thanks for the compliments. I was trying to maintain the look of the original Juice Bar but blend it with the look of a building that you would see along the "Main Line" in the suburbs of Philly. After having worked for a retail chain and seeing how they graft a facade to a building in an area, I was determined to make this look like the the Juice Bar was a chain of stores and they had a standard look for all their stores that they open. The downstairs is complete, but is essentially packed for travel to BrickFair later this week. The upstairs has a completed bathroom, but the main area still needs a bit of work as far as the flooring and the furniture. In a few weeks I hope to have it all finished, And the "clouds" appeared as I was trying to come up with a way to blend the transition between the Juice Bar and the rest of the MOC. Consequently, this for now will also symbolize my "Cloud Cuckoo" MOC but my motorized facade is still in the works for another 16 wide modular building. If you are at BrickFair VA, stop by the PennLUG display to see this MOC and visit me while I work the DelVaLUG MoonBase during the public hours.
  12. Here is my latest modular MOC for our town layout and although the upstair of the interior still has some work to finish, the outside if complete and ready to go on display next week at BrickFair VA. Here a a couple of shot of the front. And of course, the back is finished as well.
  13. Very Nice build. It makes me want to take a trip to the beach!
  14. Nice Work! I like the dragon as well. Great MOC!
  15. Nice cars. These might just inspire me to build that new car dealership that we need.
  16. So I have to purchase this while I am trying to order from that limited quantity of available ExoSuits.... Great...
  17. These new Jungle friends sets are going to be awesome with all the MOC fodder parts included in them. I cannot wait! Oh, no..... Series 6 has a baby seal.... This will mean nothing but trouble on the politically incorrect versions of our layouts.
  18. Remember that I am all for disasters in a town layout and having super heroes save the day (we had a full on alien invasion in DelVaLug City this past spring), but considering that my LUGs display in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States including the NY Metro area, we have to be sensitive of the events of that day. We are not talking politics, we are just being sensitive to our audience's feelings. And yes, I know there was a Lego built replica of the burning towers displayed at BrickFair VA a few years ago.....
  19. Nod mod! Drains and storm sewer grates are always a part of my MOCs.
  20. Friends has had far more useful pieces for layouts than the recent rounds of City. My latest MOCs have all had Friends themes in them because they are more in line with what is needed in a town in order to support the conceprt of police and fire.
  21. Very Nice design.
  22. Fabulous! Amazing detail. Great Work!
  23. Nice Work! Benny is awesome.
  24. Great model and I really like the style of the first floor. Our LUG has a case of 1X2 trans-black bricks that we have been looking to use for a skyscraper project and this would make a great concept. In fact, it looks a lot like our Pennsylvania state office building in Philly. I have to agree. Some of us have lives that have been (directly or indirectly) touched by this moment in history. Even our corporate "work calendars" mark the date with a tribute to the fallen in NYC.
