MOC: LOTR (Gray Havens - Elven Swan Fountain)
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Reekardoo's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Very elvish. Swans are great but also the elven warrior. This is inspiring! -
Great. And it works. Who needs tanks when we've got this kind of castle...

MEC categorie B: The fall of Dol Guldur
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Black Numenorean's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Dol Guldur is coming to life! This is much better than the standard set. Very good! -
MOC 120,000 + piece Rivendell
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Ben Pitchford's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
This is amazing. I don't worry so much about it being "built up" - I definitely see this more on the "unique" side. So, Ben, you joined in November 2013 and are posting your first MOC in November 2014. May we assume that it took a year to build this great MOC?- 16 replies

Beautiful - unique - and funny! Well done, Disco86!! Does it slightly spoil the image of the Elves that they are captured this way?

Well, they may not produce this, but it is still a good idea and a fine build. (and it would be affordable!)

Nice MOC, great tent. I was wondering how it was done - thanks to Slegengr for the explanation. I am also impressed by your room! Brick on!

MOC: Hobbit: Battle at the ruins of Dale
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Balbo's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Welcome! This is a great MOC (e.g. including three different roof styles). I am looking forward to more. You might want to look at this: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=71241#entry1320172 to get some guidance on how to upload the pictures into the forum. Brick on! -

I can only agree: this is great. You have my support - for Gondor! Best of luck! -
[Plot for Peace] Ch.III Men Cat. B
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Jakorin Swiftsword's topic in Guilds of Historica
A fine build indeed! Just one question: Why are there no windows? -
Not sure - this guy is doing so many great MOCs. First time I've seen the medieval "four-legs-window" in the color of tan. Fits in well.

The Tale Of Captain Farius Part 1

Flowing water works out perfectly well! -
Bk.2: Ch.3: Cat.A: Intrigued by Intrigue
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Slegengr's topic in Guilds of Historica
they have all said it, but I need to join in: The roof is great. How cumbersome to put together all these arms. Walls and round design of tower are also excellent!- 47 replies

Well done. I think the water technique has worked out fine, including the sea bird. Running out of trans-blue - that is the natural effect that comes with this technique!
-
Wow, this would be a huge set. Well designed! I'll give my support.

I just came across this "series of posts" today and I find it marvellous. I was intrigued by the candles on the initial picture - and then I found so much more. Well done!

CCCXII Falworth Castle Revisited.
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Mark of Falworth's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
The never-tiring Mark has returned, again with sheer excellence. The waterfall has really turned out well. I like the way that leads to the castle - and the castle itself has a unique look. Need to mention the 45 degree angle of the front tower? Impressing. -
This is excellent! Very good rockwork, perfect building, nice interior design. Interesting to see the use of the very old lego windows. Praise indeed!

[MOC] Mini tanks from WW1 and WW2
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Tamas Juhasz's topic in Special LEGO Themes
First of all: great mini tanks! Very cleverly designed! And then I am surprised. I always thought that the Germans did not have any tanks in WWI1. Your model looks more defined than the original...- 116 replies

[MOC] Mini tanks from WW1 and WW2
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Tamas Juhasz's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Wow, I just stumbled across this topic. This is great! I did not think it was possible to build these tanks in such an accurate way in this small size. Tiger and King Tiger are fantastic, well the others too- 116 replies

Fantastic - yes, this is exactly Charlie Chaplin. It's all in the bricks - thanks to you for seeing this and turning this in to an excellent MOC.
