Why is Classic-Pirates.com down?
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in LEGO Pirates
Another three days later - same result. And when I look at the pirate MOC page, it is a shame how few replies there are. I also feel that the number of new posts is somewhat declining. -
 Just great. It is amazing how fast you are producing such outstanding MOCs.

Captain Braunsfeld replied to Vorkosigan's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
All of the scenes are good. I agree - a lovely advent calendar. -
Looks great! This is an elegant build, fits in nicely with the other modular buildings. Well done!

Collectable Minifigures Advent Calendar 2014 - LDD MOC
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Yooha's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Pretty good so far - this should be turned into a real upcoming series! -
Very, very nice banner - but a little too tall. Or is it? Would be nasty if it would stay on top of the screen when you scroll down. As it disappears when you scroll, the hight is not so critical.

Very good MOC, reminds me of the movie (and I remember the movie - it was dark and rainy most of the time ) And it would make a great set!

This is amazing. Out of so many details, I like the portal the most.

What's with the lack of Imperial Ships?
Captain Braunsfeld replied to ManInATopHat's topic in LEGO Pirates
Well, this is a "pirate" forum, however, I have a strong tendency to build navy ships & stuff. Anyway, we haven't seen much from TLG recently, so I'd probably by anything that comes up and is related to the pirate topic. -
Fantastic. Did I mention that I studied physics? I was doing particle physics So, this MOC is really great. One of the more affordable "particle accelerators"!

Great job! Fantastic waterfall! (I also did not see the archer in the tree ... until someone mentioned it)

The Three Musketeers - Beginnings
Captain Braunsfeld replied to vitreolum's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
What a great MOC - the man is extremely productive these days. You really love those robot arms, right? Nice scene, nice building. I also like your approach for the windows. Well done! -
Ahoy, I am much surprised to see that http://www.classic-pirates.com/ has been down for something like two weeks now without anything happening. I was under the impression that this site was the "entrance" to our pirate forums. Who is to be contacted? Is this going to be down for good? Anyone around who knows?

Hammerstein NWCs Collectible Minifig Series
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Hammerstein NWC's topic in Guilds of Historica
Well done. The Palace Guard also struck me - which torso did you use? And why does the helmet look copper? I thought it only comes in gold or black?- 31 replies

CCC XII - Monastery of the Sunflowers
Captain Braunsfeld replied to Adolfo's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
How lovely. How nice and brilliantly designed. The rockwork is solid, the design simple and elegant - very well done! -
Nice MOD. I can understand. Its for the occasional monkey passing by. (I use monkeys often in my MOCs. Well, ok, it's probably easier to fit them into a pirate setting ) I am also intrigued by the building(s) shown on the left of the last picture. What are these? Can we see more of them?

What a cool tower - and what a challenge to do the top. Very well done!

Isn't it good, Norwegian wood... What a great little MOC. I like the interior, the furniture - but the landscape is most stunning. Brave use of colours, great rockwork and a very very well done river (and building something watery is always a challenge). Hats off to you!

Hi Brando, and welcome! That's a nice start. I am not sure, will the thief succeed to get through the thick floor? I hope for the best. Brick on!
