That's a sweet looking ride Jonsson with some great upgrades! I like the use of the Technic pieces for the light bar on the front.

As January's winding down here's my current set of objectives: Cut back on the BL orders. Motorize the Unimog. MOD the Palace Cinema into something suitable for my economically depressed skeevy Lego town. Finally get around to taking pictures of aforesaid economically depressed skeevy Lego town. Continue to have fun with Lego

There's an acronym for everything and what you're doing is EPIC - Existing Pieces Ignore Color. It's the one I'm most comfortable with as well. I rather get the shape and proportions right and then sort out the color issues - my workshop looks a bit technicolor sometimes, but it all works out in the end. Looking good LegoSjaak!

I 'think' I finished my entry for the team Pirate competition. Actually that's not true - there's going to be lots of fettling and tinkering to be done, but the general structure and 'special features' are complete. I'm happy with it and can't wait to show you guys our combined entry!

I haven't tried it, but there's been a couple of threads in these forums about removing printing with Brasso. Check this one out. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=79119&hl=brasso Oh, and good luck and keep us posted.

...and don't forget you can remove the printing from those spheres by using Brasso.

I destroyed my partially complete Corner Cafe that I had been BL'ing so that I could raid some of the pieces for a MOC in the Pirates competition. Then I had to disassemble an Ambulance for the same reason.
