  1. I really like that church! Nice color scheme, changes from the LBG. And the organ is really nice!
  2. I am not a huge fan of those double size modulars. I think the interest is quite limited and it cost money for not a great effect. BUT, I have to admit, that the fire brigade, when you add more garage bays, it looks nice and finds it interest in the numbers of fire engines you can put in it. And your detective's office looks really great. The conversion is well thought and so the looks fits really well! It really improves the building so it has an interest in this case. Adding floors to modulars is also not so bad. But not as much as the corner cafe we seen in this topic!
  3. That is a very nice MOC! Good ideas, lot of details. I like the front windiw of the shop, the sweeties shelves and the first floor children party! That's awesome!
  4. There's a lot of great entries and choosing wich one to vote for was quite hard, but here is my vote: 31 - gazumpty - 1 27 - Bayou - 1 14 - Parks and Wrecked Creation - 1 10 - 6kyubi6 - 1 8 - stebai - 1
  5. Hey really nice MOC sweetsha! I like all that humor you placed in your creation!
  6. Really nice service station! Every detail is well finished. But what I find disturbing is that the cars have to go backward after filling their cars. Making the pumps at 45° could have been great with this corner style station.
  7. This is a really cool european style fire ladder! Great job! I really like it!!!
  8. I've made one. You can see it on that topic. Note that roof is quite similar to the original one! And façade of first floor keeps the red brick style of 10197. http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=79065
  9. Really nice building. I like that headlight miwed with the old style tan facade! This mixes really well. And the gold stuffs on the top gives it something more!
  10. Really nice post office! I don't like that much the flower shop but the ground floor of the post office is really nice. And the yellow scooter fits really well here! Good job!
  11. Yes, of course; more range and more motors controlled in the same time. PFS has, if I remembre right, 3 channels. This is enough for me at that time. But in the future... I don't think so. I could be interrested in the SBrick! This is a really good news! I didn't saw "programmable firmware" line on the kickstarter page. This would made the SBrick more interresting in my eyes! The best way to automate trains have been mindstorms because they have sensors. But they are some drawbacks: the nxt sets are too expensive and all coponents are too big in size!!! Currently, I am using an old RCX brick which is cheap and works well with a 9v train circuit. But the brick can not be included into the trains for pfs use. Maybe there is something to do with your Sbrick. I guess we cannot use sensors but maybe something could be done using the phone/tablet camera. Or even without that sensing function, programming a "routine task" could be a nice thing for running trains. If you're looking for a pfs motorized switchtrack for your video, maybe I could help you designing it as I'm working on one!
  12. This is a really nice train station you made!!!! I like the color scheme, the way it looks. Big size but really realistic and detailed! This is a really good build!!!
  13. This bricks could be interesting but, IMO lacks some little things to be used for trains. So far, the only advantages of that brick is that it as 2 more slots for motor and that you can drive it with your tablet or smartphone instead of one or several remotes! One big thing for improving the Sbrick for train use would be the possibility to automate it! And this would not change the Sbrick by itself but just needs software programming!
  14. These are really nice train coaches! I like the curved shape at the bottom of each sides. I find that the train windows fits better than the standart ones! But I know they are quite expensive. Especially in tan!
  15. Really nice building. Facade is splendid, interiors are so well detailed!!! Really really nice!!! Congrats!
  16. Why didn't you joined the basecamp with other "tunnels" from the other sets! I think they are made as extensions! Otherwise, this is a nice display for theese sets!
  17. It is very unlikely but it could happen in rare case. In facts, each bags are weighted at the end of the chain production to check if there are too much or not enough bricks... So 8 1x1 bricks seems a bit heavy to be not detected... But you know, one day, my brother bought a rc train and the rc controller was missing in the box!!!
  18. Your skycrapers loofs really great... It would be really nice if we could see inside (if they have some interiors!).
  19. I really like your ground floor facade. Well designed but make me think more of a shop than a bar! Maybe you should move this metal structure with the pirate flag... Your 1st floor and roof are, in my taste, lacking somthing... Details and structure are not enought present on thoose floors... Concerning the interior, I like the nice part use for the counter!
  20. Hi Bob! This is a really nice walker you made! I especially appreciate that cockpit and the flammethrower. The hand on the other arm reminds me of the soon-releasing exosuit form lego ideas! And color shceme is perfect for Ice planet!! Are you planning to build it in real bricks??? Just something about you 3d rendering. Did you used pov-ray? If it's the case, you should lower the lights because your white parts are a bit overexposed and you're loosing details! Otherwise, your moc is awesome!
  21. Glad you liked the video! The concert scene is from a friend of brickpirate! You can see more on our forum!
  22. Hi guys! Let's talk about a French event. Some of you might know Fanabriques. It's a LUG but it's also the name of the biggest LEGO event here in France. It is located in Alsace at the far north-est of France so people from surrunding country often take part: swiss, germans, belgians... Fanabriques 2014 just end one week ago. 3 amazing days of bricks!!! This was the first time I joined the exhibition and it was for me, the best brick-think I ever done!!!! This year, 14 062 visitors enjoyed our creations! But better than words, You'll see it by yourself in this video I made: Enjoy!
  23. I have all of them appart from the pet shop. And then I display them in my LEGO room but I don't bring them to conventions. It's useless as too much people display them in thoose conventions. Sometimes I buy two of them. The second one is bought for parts. Modulars are a great value. Price per part is better than in smaller sets. I use all those parts in 2 ways: with all my other bricks or I don't mix thoose part and try a one set MOC!
  24. As you said, it's not really the season for that kind of MOC but your school is awesome! Really beautifull and reallistic! Well done!
  25. Very nice MOD! I really appreciate the way you turn it on! Your interior are really great! Very clever idea!
