  1. Thanks Gunman Thank you You should see his next build, the tree is even better Thanks! A goat, look in the river Thanks mrcp6d, he likes tan/dark tan and uses them whenever possible
  2. Yes (which is what I meant by what I said above)
  3. Built by my 12 year old brother. Kendrick and Basil were walking by a river, Basil was jumping around on the banks as he always does, while Kendrick enjoyed the lovely scenery. Then Basil slipped off the bank and fell into the river... My brother would appreciate any C&C. The next installment in the Kendrick Chronicles will be up soon
  4. The suspense... Glad to hear that the announcement should be coming fairly soon
  5. Such a great idea, I'd love to see you make a few other builds focused on the "Drowned Town". The buildings are excellent, I especially like the watchtower Cool barge as well
  6. Thanks Gideon Thanks Torgar, that rack uses a large steering wheel to hold the swords, I thought it was pretty neat that the swords fit that well Thank you, and I did think about changing the border color. I decided to leave it so it matched the Phase 1 build
  7. Neat base for the build The fig posing fits the scene well
  8. Actually, you don't 'pass' any phases until you've completed all three for a category. We just recommend waiting to start a new phase until you've received feedback on the previous phase. Daydelon Manor (House Phase 3):
  9. Thanks Torgar, I'm glad you noticed the bedframe design Thanks Yooha, I've been trying to start making some new furniture designs, rather than just re-using old ones
  10. Great minifigure action, the training dummies are excellent, and I like the rockwork Your snow could use some work, try looking at other Mitgardian builds for inspiration on how to improve it. Here are a few to start with:
  11. Thanks Thank you, I really liked that sword holder design. The white leaves on the black roof look amazing in real life, the second picture is closer to what they really look like. Thank you, see above Thank you, using a half-stud offset makes everything a bit trickier, but looks very good (and realistic)
  12. Thank you, I've used dark tan a lot for thatched roofs, I decided to try tan with this one. Both are pretty close to what real hay looks like Thanks mrcp6d! And great suggestion for the windows, I used to do shutters a lot and haven't recently Thanks Thanks RBC
  13. Thanks Carson, I first used that design in my Valdrfell Stables build, but they were pretty hard to see there, so I wanted to use them again
  14. Thanks Gunman Thanks Carson, the forge was inspired by ZC's blacksmith builds
  15. Thanks kabel! And unfortunately, no, I don't have the space (nor the pieces) to make a complete town right now. But I am going to be developing Daydelon with lots more buildings Thanks Gunman
  16. Two new freebuilds: Daydelon Cottage Daydelon Blacksmith
  17. House, Phases 1 and 2: Daydelon Cottage Daydelon Blacksmith
  18. I'd like to receive UoP credit for: roofing (one of three) [Architecture], and manufacturing [Trade and Law]= 2 credits for my Daydelon Blacksmith build.
  19. This is my phase 2 build for the House category in AoM. I'd like to receive UoP credit for: roofing (one of three) [Architecture], and manufacturing [Trade and Law]= 2 credits Surprisingly this is my first time building a medieval Blacksmith shop. It was a lot of fun and I think this is my best medieval house yet. As always there's a full interior and the door works. Every town needs a blacksmith, and Daydelon has a very good one. He's kept busy sharpening tools and swords as well as making new ones. More pictures can be seen here: link All Comments/Criticism appreciated
  20. This is my Phase 1 build for the House category in AoM. This was a fairly simple build, I tried some new furniture designs and tried to make the house look like a common medieval cottage. Many new houses have been springing up in Daydelon, half-timber cottages with thatch roofs are common because of their low cost and quick construction. All C&C welcome
  21. I always enjoy seeing your buildings, your floorplans are excellent and inspiring I really like the wooden addition and thatched roof providing cover for the blacksmith's work space. The first floor windows look great, as does the roofline. I actually just build a blacksmith's shop myself, that I'll post today or tomorrow
  22. Very fitting storyline for the rumours challenge That little house looks great, neat interior and microscale builds as well
  23. Excellent build, the wall looks very good and I like that gateway shape The dock and ship also work well. I'm glad to have inspired you to try a log cabin, it came out nicely. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that there is no apparent path from the dock to the gate
