I really like the layout of your watchtower, not having it be a simple square makes it way more interesting The chimney is a nice touch as well. Looking forward to phase 3

The stout towers give the gate a very strong look Great rubble filling in the walls as well

Thanks, and yes he's a goat Thank you Thanks for such a detailed and thoughtful comment, my brother loves comments like this. Excellent suggestion about the rockwork, he'll keep that in mind for future builds. And he wouldn't let Basil die, the next section of the story will be up soon -
An Unexpected Accident (built by my little brother)

Thank you -
This was built by my 12 year old brother. As Basil was carried downstream by the current, Kendrick sprinted along the bank. Soon he saw a fallen tree trunk that lay across the river. Quickly climbing onto it, Kendrick reached as far as he could, straining to catch Basil as the goat swept towards him My apologies that Basil isn't clearly visible in the pictures, I forget to take a close up of him. He's just upstream of Kendrick and the fallen tree. My brother would appreciate all C&C

Looks like Wyndor will be pretty adept with all weapons by the time Liam is through with him. Cool dummies and I like the 1x1 round tiles scattered on the ground -

Thanks Wedge Thanks Kai! I was wondering if anyone would notice that icicle. Gabe inspired that cheese slope design when he mentioned it was possible to make a corner beam only 1x1 and still have half stud indentation on both sides of it. After he said that, I figured out how to do it pretty quick Thanks Garmadon

Thanks Gunman Thanks for the blogging! Thanks Legonardo, glad you like it Thanks, the unattached water probably wouldn't be in a 'real' set, but that could be easily removed. The rock are actually fairly simple, as only individual slopes are SNOT, they are attached by headlight bricks mostly Thank you, we figured modular sets are usually a bit more advanced than LEGO's general set designs. Well LEGO's modulars are usually pretty elaborate
