  1. I would like to see Powered Up incorporated into Star Wars, my ideas for this are, though I probably wouldn't want more than one of these myself: Clone Turbo Tank: $399 (with PU, or alternatively could be $259 without, with options to add) It is more or less the similar scale of 75151, but it has a much more detailed underside, (this is where the $100-ish discrepancy comes from), that is brick-built to appear more rigid than its predecessor. The wheels are also better. Because the underside of the juggernaut is more or less a dark grey box, all of the gears and technic elements are enclosed inside it, with the outer brick built shell for detail. The upper part of the model has a XL motor for drive, a M motor for a gearbox, a M motor for steering (first and last wheels), lights and a technic hub. Figures are 2x 41st clone trooper, commander Gree, Yoda and two battle droids Conveyex: $199 although it is a niche vehicle, I included it because it would work very well. It could run on roller coaster tracks, with either a wheel for traction and propulsion, or a new element which can turn a higher-traction version of the existing roller coaster wheels. It includes an XL motor and Hub. There would be the locomotive and two or three carriages. The figures are 2x range trooper, conveyex driver, Han Solo and Chewbacca Imperial hover tank: $119 this would have two M motors driving the narrow tracks used on the hailfire droid, as opposed to less authentic wheels. The regular hub would be hidden under the cabin and under the first kyber crustal crate. The figure are hovertank pilot, stormtrooper, Jedha rebel trooper Motorised walking AT AT: $349 this would be an update or the 2007 set, only it would steer. To do this round 2x2 sliding plates would be under the feet of the front legs, and the shoulders would articulate like wheels, this would mean the legs could turn on flat smooth surfaces without the AT AT toppling over. It includes an XL motor for walking, a L motor for steering and a M motor for turning the head, as well as a technic hub. Figures are 2x AT AT pilot, general Veers, snowtrooper commander, snowtrooper and Luke Sandcrawler: $499 this would be between the sizes of the UCS and playset versions of this set. The drive mechanism would be located in the undercarriage, moving the front track sets like wheels for steering, rather than from the top. Just like the way 4x4 technic cars work, there would be drive on all track sets. To make this simpler, however, the outer tracks would not drive. This contains two XL motors for drive, a servo motor for steering, lights and a Technic hub. Figures are Uncle Owen, Luke, 3x Jawas, C3PO, R2D2, astromech, treadwheel droid and weathered medical droid. MTT: $349 this would be between the sizes of the 2007 and 2014 MTT. It drives on thin wheels, like those used on the official hovertank set but with the corresponding tyre for traction. The hub and motors are located in the rear of the the model. The front section has the droid rack that can deploy. It includes a M motor for deployment of the rack, a M motor for steering and a L motor for drive, plus a technic hub. Figures are battle droid pilot, 8x battle droid, battle droid commander, droideka, Gungan soldier, Jar Jar Binks and commander Tarpaals
  2. And it would likely be a promo open only to residents of one country, probably a smaller country too, so as to further impede supply, through less production.
  3. It looks great. I like the use of the different bubble canopy part. I didn't notice until I properly read the post, and the yellow touches actually work well with other yellow parts on the model, being the 1x1 plate above the forward doors. I really like the cover you've made for that door. I think with the door it looks okay not open fully, with the bubble turrets already gone, but I look forward to seeing the further mods, do you intend on separating the door so the forward part opens the other way, as on 7676? Furthermore, the gun on the AT-RT is a nice design.
  4. That's why 4207 was a great set, and it cemented my preference for four wide vehicles, as it used smaller, more accurate wheels than other sets. I replace the unsightly grey chassis piece with a white one for some cars or build my own in the correct colour. Your sentiments on fire helicopter design I would echo completely. I think 60010 was probably the nicest aesthetically, but if it incorporated the bucket or trapdoor of its predecessor or successor it would have been much better.
  5. I think there is no third helmet, going off teh lists of set numbers and confirmed rumours. The cruiser should be a playset, probably like the 2014 SD and FO Star Destroyer
  6. Correct, set 8083, and it was relatively good for its era. I recall the vehicle briefly appearing in the Hoth scenes.
  7. It would've been too soon after the resistance one. With the ARC 170, I think the 2010 one was a TCW one, so it might not count as a remake at all, though it is probably still the most poignant missing link in the Star Wars product line up. I think I would like to see the LAAT/dropship and an AT-TE, to be more faithful to both the movie and TCW. Though that would sacrifice maybe a few minifigures.
  8. The issue for me with the prisoner transport vehicles is that, at least in Australia, police don't have responsibility for that so the 'police' stickers everywhere seem jarring. I'd like something like this as a set, its used by the Security and Emergency Service Group of Corrections Victoria: https://www.theage.com.au/national/victoria/armour-plated-high-tech-and-900k-each-paddy-wagons-go-mad-max-20190621-p5201t.html
  9. That's what I was just thinking, would a test injection moulding machine be used during the night. I would assume it would be located not on the factory floor and be used by research and development people who wouldn't be necessitated to work a night shift. As @Kit Figsto said, the machine is probably in a different building. But then, that could be how factory workers could do it without interrupting production lines as I would assume they have some form of access. ,
  10. Asked for motorised fire-truck with lights and motorised boom, maybe it will happen one day, also asked (three times) for a remote control.
  11. I am not going to pretend that I am an expert in injection moulding, but I believe that the machinery, at TLG's scale, would need to make huge batches, which would also be required to sell these products. I think that Lego would keep track of the levels of its ABS vats, and it would recognise that large amounts keep disappearing. Also, I would anticipate that production lines run 24/7, so it would be an impossibility. Furthermore, the opaque green one doesn't appear to be a Lego colour, to me at least, it looks too light.
  12. That looks great, the cab interior is very nicely done. The curves on the tray look perfect, and I really like the colour scheme.
  13. @jim7564 That is looking incredible, the detail is astounding and the curvature of teh hull looks great. I like how you've seamlessly integrated all of the equipment on the deck.
  14. It is very North American, but if the farm is the majority of the set, showing, say, two figures dancing and dedicating one bag to it wouldn't be all that bad and if it adds another storyline or feature to the set it would be an enhancement. Since or the three city taxis, all have been bright yellow, all steering wheels are on the left/wrong side of six wide vehicles, criminal figures always have the grey-white stripe or orange uniform and bus doors always go to the right side, often unalterably, I think that would actually go down well with non-North American buyers.
  15. Fine by me! I'll do the same. Here is my ultimate wishlist for Star Wars sets, most will probably never happen, so this is truly wishlisting: $499.99 MBS battle of Scarif, a scaled down U wing (but still able to fit a few figures), the landing pad, which connects to the door (like in the battle of Scarif set), which has the orange transport train also attached. This attaches to an interior of the Scarif citadel, it includes only a gantry and some equipment, not the entire citadel, but above this is a small control room. There is also a selection of palm trees and mechanical equipment, like the control panel. It includes the main characters, U wing pilot, rebel troopers, an imperial officer, technician and two shore troopers and two stormtroopers. $249.99 Nebulon-B Frigate, a system scaled set with an interior, comes with Luke, Leia, C3P0 R2D2, medical droid, rebel technician, rebel fleet trooper. $39.99 A battle pack based on the city people packs, albeit smaller, with 6-8 figures, with an imperial version and a rebel version, with common generic figures, such as rebel fleet trooper, captain (based on captain Antilles), rebel fleet technician, Mon Cala officer, rebel officer (based on Crix Madine), rebel officer (based on General Dodonna), perhaps with two RO or ROTJ-based rebel troopers. It includes the transport vehicle from the Yavin or Hoth Hangars I'd happily pay a premium for good figures, if it would save money by not getting either oversized or irrelevant vehicles. Or a imperial officer, one in grey and one in black, imperial navy trooper, two stormtroopers, death star gunner, scout trooper and imperial technician. It would include the Z-95 speeder bike. I think most of us do, so no worries there!
  16. Probably not the forum to say it in, but the changes seem good and thank you for putting in the work to make them happen.
  17. The set number for that has been released, so it couldn't be that, but I would guess that it would be a botanical set, as you said, as it would probably have large leaf pieces of something to maybe justify the price.
  18. I don't know, but I don't think they would mind. I imagine the purchase limit would prevent you buying more than three at one transaction. Alternatively you could create a new Lego account or purchase as a guest buyer, albeit sacrificing VIP points. I cannot imagine them tracking your address or being that sophisticated in attempting to restrict their sales, especially since the rush for the set seems to have subsided now, despite it being out of stock though.
  19. That looks great, the detail in that town hall is excellent, and I like the tree designs too.
  20. Wow, those are incredible designs, all are very recognisable and perfectly scaled to each other, but all have such high levels of detail and the angles you've achieved throughout are great
  21. That looks great, the detail is captured very well, even at teh small scale, I like the canopy piece and the engines look great.
  22. Even unmotorised that would be an incredible build, due to teh high level of detail and accuracy, but for that to be motorised is fantastic and truly a testament to your great skill in designing it.
  23. If that’s the one from Minifigures.co then there is one tiny difference. The holster has a circle print that is a shade darker than the other red printing on the legs I believe. That is going off the images on their site so I may be wrong and that might not be the one you were referring to.
  24. Where did you buy it from? That is a good indicator. If its in its proper bubble pack then it should be fine, as the fake ones come in bags (at least the one's I'm aware off). The fake ones will have a hat with less pronounced curves and will come with accessories. This shows the clone brand: https://www.brickhello.com/post/2018/10/10/sdcc-2018-sheriff-deadpool-vs-fakepool This is a custom printed one, but using real Lego parts (it won't have a belt visible on the back): https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-2018-SDCC-SHERIFF-COWBOY-DEADPOOL-Custom-Printed-Block-Minifigure-/332728513676 If it comes in the bubble pack and it has the Lego logo on the pieces it should be fine. Also, price can be an indicator, the cheapest on BrickLink, which is assuredly real, is AU$1158, which is almost identical to the Canadian dollar.
  25. Glad to know its not me, I've had at least half a dozen reddish brown pieces break recently.
