  1. Looks great! The grille tiles really work well for a plowed field
  2. Lovely! Like I mentioned on Flickr, I love that tiny ship!
  3. After seeing @Thomas Waagenaar's digital seagulls in his bridge build, I figured it was time for some birds! Thanks! Love mixing all those autumn colors Thanks! Wanted to make a build with more female minifigs! I have more plans for this Women of Wullham group.
  4. Thanks! Probably his grandson! Tracked down these blue pants with black boots that I think will look good once stripped of a pattern (or even the with the side pattern left on?). We'll see! https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb1038&idColor=7
  5. Women of Wullham visit a Sea Bird Viewing Point near Wullham, medium educational, evancelt
  6. I think I like sand blue better too because the boots are black! The dark brown boots on the medium blue don't look quite polished enough for a uniform. If there were official TLG medium blue legs with black boots I'd likely choose that. The trick to the eraser method is to rub really hard until the eraser starts to break! Once it has broken up a bit it has more grit and seems to work more quickly. High density poly erasers work better too. I've gone through two erasers removing the print on 5 sand blue boot leg assemblies!
  7. Elsabeth Stockton was bored. She had been in Wullham for a season and while taking entrepreneurial steps to financially back a Mushroom grow house had kept her busy for a time, she missed socializing with other gentlewomen the way she had while back in Belson. In an effort to stoke the fires of society in Wullham, she had her servant deliver copies of a note to all of the esteemed houses in town. In her note, Elsabeth invited the young women of the area to join her for an adventure to the coast. She next visited Reginald Brewerfrump at the Museum of Antiquities, where he had recently been made curator. She discussed her plans for an outing and he suggested a picturesque headland to the south where they could observe a great many sea birds in their element. He volunteered to lead the party the following week. When the time came for the outing, she was pleased to greet six other women of the town for the short field expedition. They hiked up their dressbottoms and headed for the coast! OOC: To be licensed as a medium educational build in Wullham It is beginning to feel like autumn here in Colorado so I wanted to make a fall-inspired build. Built on Duplos!
  8. Welcome to Fort Caine! Let's get you boys some of these new repeating rifles! Purpose of this little build was to try out sand blue boot legs (left) side-by-side with medium blue boot legs (right). The sand blue boot legs have black boots and the medium blue ones have dark brown boots. Which do you like better on the blue cavalry?
  9. Haha yeah green ones would have been good, but prior to this build I hadn't seen any use for the green sacks (enough to buy some!). I think the dark tan and medium nougat ones add an earth tone to the plants
  10. Thanks! Thanks! I'm excited to see what others come up with for the sack - I think it has a ton of applications with that angle & bar
  11. Great hull shape and rigging!
  12. Ténotclaxcan Goodwill Trade Garden, Elysabethtown, small commerce, evancelt
  13. [COR - Faction Flavours] Ténotclaxcan Goodwill Trade Garden, Elysabethtown | Eslandola Entry
  14. Since the Eslandolans had first met the Ténotclaxcan society on the island of Berelli in 616 AE, they had fostered a great trading relationship with the native people. In the year following their meeting, residents of the town of Elysabethtown had constructed a Ténotclaxcan Goodwill Trade Garden near the town center to, as the name suggested, project their goodwill for their native neighbors. However, in recent years the condition of the garden had deteriorated. Two Eslandolan town guards mused between themselves, "Do you think we should be weeding this thing?" ----------------------------- OOC: Submitted as an Eslandola entry in the Faction Flavours Mini Challenge. Another fun one to build. I really love the angle / slope that sacks have, and they have a 3mm bar on the top for minifigs to grab! I figured that could make for some fun connections. Two flower variants featured here. Licensed as a small commerce property in Elysabethville
  15. Nice build! I love it! Has strong classic pirate vibes. Lots of details for such a small footprint Did two gold elements make it in?
  16. This is hilarious! Great work
  17. Thanks! I started out using a single 4x6 flag but I figured a quilt with smaller flags would be funnier Thanks! Started with a wood floor and then changed to the gray/white to add some additional contrast. I like the left wall better too. Thanks! Wanted to try a barrel roof too (I have 20 dark brown barrels that aren't in the pic), but I couldn't figure out a good way to feature that in addition to the interior. Maybe a second Sea Rats entry is needed!
  18. Looks great! I love the SNOT floor and the curtains
  19. Forger's Quarters, Hilto, licensed as small artisan
  20. Awesome! This really captures the feeling of your larger Jameston builds.
  21. [COR - Faction Flavours] Forger's Quarters, Hilto | Sea Rats entry
  22. "Julio, please give me back my quill!" "Sanjeev is paying me handsomely and I need to finish these letters of authenticity before we can go for a walk." "What if I trade you for this banana?" ----------------- OOC: Submitted as a Sea Rats entry in the Faction Flavours Mini Challenge. This was a fun one to build. Not sure I love the regular brown barrels mixed in with the reddish brown, but so be it! Try saying "Forger's Quarters" three times fast. Licensed as a small artisan building in Hilto
