On the backside you could make a face with the red wounds she got in that one episode:http://i.perezhilton.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/krysten-ritter-looks-can-kill__oPt.jpg

Custom Minifigures on Kickstarter
Wardancer replied to ED-209's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
It would be fun to have a viking army in that color scheme, but there would need to be more generic torsos in this sort of blue. I cannot spend anything on side projects at the Moment, but if an Opportunity to print metallic ever came up, I would be among the first to try to get a female Version of the CMF elf (an endeavor which might make a cunning customizer rich one day I may add). -
Thanks for the help! She will make a fine elf if yellowified.

@amperzand I recently noticed there that beside the regular elf hair und the werewolf brown version there is a third one with green ears. Did you know that? I have no idea what to do with this, but I thought I'd mention it here.

Nice. I think her lips should be redder though. The whole femme fatale looks need red lips, pale skin and black hair. Maybe she could be paler as well.

Brickforge's Brick to the Future project
Wardancer replied to slopemodified's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I do not care about BTTF, but since brickforge and kickstarter are legitimate, professional and well-known companies, I see no reason to not trust them. If it were some guy in his basement, I would have doubts, but this is not the case. -
I dont know which ones you can do. I do not like pearl gold. Maybe silver would be useable for many armies. Or metallic gold.

I mean shields that have this characteristic shape: https://www.wetanz.com/assets/Uploads/lotrshieldsgilgaladblrg.jpg To my knowledge, no one has produced them yet. Brickwarriors have a kite shield, but this looks different.

The Eurobricks MCW Color Matching Paint Database
Wardancer replied to Wardancer's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Now that is a useful one... Light blueish gray 36176 hellgrau / light gray (on the lid of the pot it says only "matt 76") 32301 weiß / White (SM 301 on the lid, SM means semi glossy). Both Enamel / Email by Revell, Available in Germany and many other European countries, Revell makes plastic model airplanes etc. 90% or more similarity can be reached if these steps are followed: Take the number 76 pot, empty it a bit and pour an increasing amount of 301 in it until it fits lego light blueish gray. About 20% of the can should be filled with white. Mix and try every few drops until the color matches. This way you have a whole pot with the same colour and you do not have to mix again for a long time! Surface will be rather matte. An example you can see here: -
Nice, looks good. Although the originial has a few extra ornamental lines I believe. Is there any way to include this? One might add that there is no real second age Elven shield on the market... maybe there is money to be made.

Quick question about cutting Lego minifig skirts
Wardancer replied to Wonderpants's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I think if you use a ruler and a scalpel, you will get a good clean straight edge. I have modified many capes and it works quite well. I have not tried skirts, but I guess the fabric is pretty much the same. The fabric is treated with stiffener as a a whole, so the original edges will not be chemically different from the ones you cut. -
I cant believe how many different shields there are. Maybe one could turn them into little standards for historic knights.

Hungarian Horntail for 60 Euro I am restructuring my airforce at the moment, so I am selling a Hungarian Horntail. Those who frown upon the prize of 60 Euro please take note that this is a price lower than the cheapest on bricklink WORLDWIDE, where used Horntails are usually sold for 80 Euro or more. It is a rare beast and that has its prize. You can see the beast in this thread in comparison to other dragons: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=106627 I live in Germany, so I would prefer to sell inside the EU. However, since you are the one who will pay the shipping, I can also send it out worldwide. I have other interesting things to sell as well: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=85625 I would also accept 4 dark brown bears as a payment.
