  1. Guess what, those girls in the 90s, they have their own cash now, ready to spend on some nostalgia! It does not look like that!
  2. This is a perfet gift for my wife! https://brickset.com/article/70726/spice-girls-brickheadz-officially-revealed!
  3. I know, we will never know but it would be interesting to see how the average orderintake goes after these changes. I would think that most people would like the new interface better, I think thats an improvement. But after those new thresholds for shipping (or alignment as management will say...) my orders will certanly be fewer. Not that I was a "top order" before, but I really enjoyed to create orders for a specific project, or if I saw some interesting bricks that would be handy later on and the shipping fee was small.
  4. This is a great moc! I love finding abandoned building and explore them with my camera, so this feels like I've been there (almost ;)) There are a lot of great details; the broken pipe (maybe someone stole the other half?), the paint coming off the building, broken windows and the birds nest is a nice little thing :)
  5. You make som great MOCs!! Keep up posting; I might not me commenting a lot, but I enjoy it a lot! Question; do you keep all your MOCs, or are the taken apart after some time?
  6. I'm holding out for the GWP this year, but are there any news when they will appear? As I remember, its usually in december.. Thats a long wait 😂
  7. Wow this is a fantastic set, compared to the two last year! This and the sleight will look good in my winter village :)
  8. This sounds interesting, do you have a link to that? I'm unable to find anything on their site - english or german...
  9. Thats a excelent build! And I'm very impressed, that you also created a sticker sheet! Thats taking it to a whole new level! And that little detail with the tile behind the mudgard, to avoid creating a hole like the new Fort GT has, it looks so good!
  10. I really like looking at all those great parts you all are ordering! I just order a little, mostly to my Speed Champions style cars or winter willage and a few figures. Here are my last order:
  11. Wow, what an amazing build! You make those letters and arrows look perfect! And it even has steering, what can I say, great build!
  12. What set are thoise 1/4 round brown windows from??
  13. What an absolute amazing build! It reminds me of Japan, this is truly a masterpiece ! I love the bonsai tree on the back, just beautiful!
  14. Brickset have just teased their upcomming review on twitter: https://twitter.com/brickset/status/1392487271631364096 Where they show a closeup of the front right wheel og the Koenigsegg, and the printing says 24x12, so perhaps its the same tire as previous years.

Fantastic build! It looks just like I remember -- I don't see any 'flaws' :)
  16. As a parent, I would never buy anything knock-off for my kids, and for only one reason; I have absolutly no faith in their use of materials. With geniuine Lego, I have faith that they use materials that don't harm kids if they e.g. suck on the bricks, my fear is that some random knock-off company only think money and use whatever materials that are the cheapest, with no regards to (child) safety. I get your example, but still the cars from last year was sold in the US at least, whereas neither the Bronco or GT, the Corvette or the Challenger are sold here (in Denmark). I would say it would be comparable with Lego releasing a doublepack of a Renault 5 and the Kadjar or something like that, thats perhaps known outside Europe but only by car enthusisast.
  17. The rally car is indeed fantastic! I had the original as a kid :)
  18. Very cool and modern, this is a great build!
  19. Wow those double-packs are dissapointing! Only american cars, and I had to google the Bronco - never heard of it. I'll be getting the McLaren and perhaps the Toyota, but thats it. Hopefully the next wave will have a more diverse selection of cars..
  20. I'd say just build it with whatever colors you have available - then you can always bricklink the parts in a different color later. I really like the yellow/black version of the Chiron, but for now I'll just keep the model i've build :)
  21. I got a few sets of the new road plates, and I really like it! I build a lot with my kids, and its just so much more easy for us to create a new city layout, with sidewalks or whatever. I've even build a small elevation over a 'river', a "Refuge island" and few other thing we see every day, so the kids gets more involved that way.
  22. I think you are right about the cultural thing, when I first saw the photos I thought it was a good 1. April joke... I hope there will be other than american cars this year. Oh well, I'll save that money :)
