30463 Chef Enzo’s Haunted Hotdogs - where are you?
jpx replied to adjustment's topic in General LEGO Discussion
My daughter got it as a gift with a Donald Duck magazine here in Denmark. Was disappointed that it was not in the Hidden Side app... :( -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

Are there any kind of update-cycle? I'm waiting for the windscreens for new 2020 Speed Champions Ferrari and Lambo to be available, but so far no luck. I assume it's a licenced product, otherwise please forgive me for posting in this thread. -
Wow - very cool! I love the engine bay and the stud-less roof! Might have to try the roof change on my own.. Any maybe the front lights too, they look great! Great work!

This is my 'mission' as well, converting to 8-wide. It really takes the models to a new level, if you can say that. This sounds cool - can you share a photo of it? -

I tried to widen the 75885 Ford Fiesta WRC to 8 studs: -
They should reward their VIP members for answering the "Calling our VIP members - please give feedback" after a purchase in a store. I'm sure they would see the response rate go up.

LEGO Speed Champions 2020 - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion

No, I think that too. I guess they have to pay a large sum in royalty to VW to use the bull logo, hence the high price. -

A two-pack; Tesla Roadster 2020 and Model 3! (It would probably be the Model X or Y instead of 3, since it have to be a SUV in those 2-packs...)- 81 replies

The green Dakar Rally Mini from 75894 is also 8 wide chassis... I hope as other say, the rest of the line is in the 6-wide like the previous cars. -

Good catch! The R35 is from 2007... Currently you can buy a 1967 Mini, 1974 Porsche 911, 1968 Mustang, 1970 Dodge and 1987 Ferrari.... Absolutely agree! -
Basically it just displays the barcode from the 'classic' VIP card on the phone (in case of an iPhone, inside the Wallet app). I have added it to my Wallet app, after logging into the VIP page, selecting the upper left menu, and there is an item called "Add VIP-card to Mobile wallet" (My translation from danish - "Tilføj VIP-kort til Mobil Tegnebog")
-
What makes you so sure?

It seems to be online now, at least here in Denmark. I can get as far as entering my credit card infos, but it was just some random bricks so I cancelled. Anyway, the new layout is much easier to navigate for me ?
-
I never thought that could be an issue, here we have 3G or 4G everywhere, so I don't even think the LEGO Store has a public wifi. (And if they do, its probably slower anyway).

Maybe I'm the only one, but I like the new system. They should probably have waited a month deploying it, so (some of) the errors had been corrected, but that's always how it is with software. I really like that they are opening up to letting us purchase some of the GWP sets or other VIP-sets. I have a very limited LEGO budget, so often I miss the GWP sets because I cannot but any large sets in those few weeks a GWP is running (e.g. the space rocket in June). And the extra step in getting a voucher is in my opinion a very small sacrifice to get a better system. Maybe its just me, but taking out your phone 2 minutes before going to the register and clicking a few buttons is easy for me (though I have not yet tried it, I only have 807 points :) ). But I have tried the new VIP card on my phone, and that's really great! No need to look in my wallet for that VIP card, and I use my phone to pay anyways, so its very convenient.

What do you think is going to happen to LEGO VW sets?
jpx replied to Collector245's topic in General LEGO Discussion
The VW group owns a lot of other car brands (Porsche, Bugatti, Bentley, Lamborghini... ) too, so I think there is still a lot to be made in that partnership. VW specific, I would love a model of their ID.R, preferably in Speed Champions size.
