    Yes Otherwise the mule would have no place to step ... On solid ground its ok to not but anything open to below would have a solid deck. Other mines decked the entire run like this one in PA Usually the decked ones were because the mine was damp and the ground muddy

    Wow! @Bart I love this mine absolutely did not expect all this action from the first picture! Whistle while you work! The working is packed full of things in my head I can see the bucket chain moving and hear the picks clanging. The canary in deed was a great addition. The only change would be the mule train in the center. Normally there would be a wooden plankway that the mule skinners would lead the team on between the tracks. As far as the ground ... I actually pictured the mine as deeper than shown.

    Im afraid currently its out of necessity but the plus side is it lets me use my classic parts that are not in ldd. Hoping to have the whole brick collection out of storage by the end of the month Glad your liking the story so far

    How "fast" does this run ... Ive been fitting a l motor in the emerald night to keep the detailed firebox and two minifigs in the cab ... Ive been through 12 versions of custom gear boxes and it still seems slower than an express should be ... If making the l motor the wheel frame works faster i may have to rework the frame...

    I share these concerns ... I can see in the summary where joshes ships are black flag ... However he selected this status on the form ... I would have just kept sailing not know this about my own ships

The dead were for a brickworld exibit that I was building lol And the lamp is as far as I know my own ...
