  1. Very impressive! This looks excellent! It does not have a mess of wires, the motors are protected, and the weapon looks cool! One thing though: If there was a real "fight", wouldn't another bot be able to hook on the bucket and flip you? I was going to enter this contest because I had some rare and good parts (like 4 of 44775), but I was too busy with several (failed) MOCs and the bot just fell apart.
  2. In terms of another part, the shock absorber soft spring is barely in any sets, appearing once in 2016 and once in 2017.
  3. I would still stick to the ones in the EV3 expansion pack because they look cooler IMO and there are a ton of them on that set.
  4. Amazing! Looks like an official LEGO set! is it possible to make it remote control?
  5. yeah, I've been lazy... Almost done! All I have to do is find a good way to install the headlights and then it is complete! I have been slacking off testing a new micro McPherson suspension for a future MOC.
  6. Hi! I just pause the video at each step and do it, then play it to the next, and so on. It hasn't failed me yet
  7. Have you tried that receiver port with a different motor?
  8. I would enjoy testing this, but I do not have enough of the 1x2 plates with hole. It looks amazing though! You might need more reinforcing on the axe because it is just attached to the plate with hole. Maybe another plate behind it?
  9. Hi! A little update on how things are going: The front was a tiny bit redesigned the suspension in the front had many problems, now fixed back can hold spare tire (but don't have one front hood panels now have 4x4 crawler stickers (may take them off later) That's it so far!
  10. Amazing! Looks so fun! Is the 3D printed U-joint file available anywhere? I like the body detail in this MOC!
  11. Nice! Looks good so far! How long does it take for the ram to be pulled back? I also noticed that you organize your parts very well
  12. Thanks! It will probably be uploaded in late April or early May.
  13. Here it is! The bodywork is not done, but close! The back bumper will definitely be improved.
  14. Thanks! Will do! Update: Front wheels reinforced! Thanks!
  15. Update: The body is going good, I may upload a picture soon. It is all in black, but has silver flex axles. It is almost finished!
  16. About 7000 spare Technic parts for MOCing (not including the black pins). The rest of my technic parts are all in my big sets. My collection is always growing with Bricklink orders and cheap sets from Ebay. If I count System pieces, I can get to the 15000s.
  17. I use ABS for printing LEGOs, it is strong and lightweight, but sometimes hard to use.
  18. Cool! It looks amazing and I hope that it will be finished soon!
  19. For me, small panels 1 and 2. They are just so useful! They give structural support as well as looks. If I chose a motor, it would definitely be the RC buggy motor.
  20. Same! I might have been luckier though... I got a HUGE box from a relative full of old 1970s space sets. It was cool and increased my collection by a half!
  21. At my LUG meeting, there is always a bulk vendor and system pieces are for $10 a pound and technic is for $12 a pound. The seller has some very rare pieces (that they probably don't notice)! I also found one of those RC car intakes from set 8676 and some olive green snap joints.
