    I do not know how to fix motors. I did have a broken AAA battery box, I sent them an email, and they said that they will put one on backorder for free for me.

    This is pretty cool! It looks like the treads kind of stutter. Is there a way to make them stay in place?

    @nerdsforprez Wow, that must've been very upsetting! I have learned a lesson, and I am hiring a handyman to secure the shelves on better. The problem is that now the bottom shelf is falling because of the top shelf hitting it. I hope to redo all of the shelves.

    Thanks all! Luckily, no rare pieces broke and all the broken ken parts are in the Arocs. Yes, the shelf is a bad design and I might get a new one.

    @aminnich yup, the screws weren't long enough. I am upset mostly about the Arocs because a lot of pieces broke.

    I've seen this as a commercial for a non-LEGO product (the dancing robot, if that's what you meant by LEGO) . I'm pretty sure that this is made by a separate company.

    I think I'm going to pull out of this for a while. I will wait until the actual competition starts and then get involved.

    I'm working on a tiny chassis that is very promising. It has front suspension and is very fast!

    Yeah, the chassis was too big and very slow. Is the model required to have suspension or can it just be built for speed?

    I am not so sure about this. I cannot find a way to make a small Formula E car with suspension or anything fancy. The track seems to also be a problem. I hope the poll is fixed soon, so we can get things straight! Meanwhile, I will continue working on my car.

    Hmmm. I'm not sure I could make something that small. Mine is at 1:8 scale. May change later.

    @Marxpek A very good idea! Just a general question: would the car be judged on its looks also? Are 3rd party stickers allowed or would that break the rules?

    @MangaNOID I don't have a track nearby that I can use and I don't know how to measure the speed. @Offroadcreat1ons I need to make something else for a LEGO event and if this isn't allowed in the contest, it can still be put to good use.
