I am not sure yet what the scale is, but I will be using either Tumbler tires (81.6x44), or the 42037 balloon tires (81.6x38). I will make sure most of it is rigid, but I will be using some flex axles for the shaping, otherwise it won't be possible. I hope I won't disappoint your expectations! Yes, it will. I will be making it mostly black, with lime accents. And maybe some white as well, because those are the most common colors in my collection. And yes, I know, Monster Energy color scheme...

I have finally got around to announcing my 40th Anniversary of Technic build! I am going to be making my first fully manual model in honor of the early Technic models. I am planning to build a 2017 Ariel Nomad Tactical, which is essentially a supercharged, street-legal sand-rail/Group B racer hybrid. The Real Thing: Ariel Nomad Ariel Nomad As you can see, it is a pretty awesome vehicle. It can do 0-60mph in 3.4 seconds, 0-100mph in 8.4 seconds, and it has a top speed of 125mph. It is rear-wheel drive only with a 6+R manual transmission, chain-driven by an inline 4-cylinder 2.4L K24 Honda i-VTEC engine, transversely mounted over the rear axle which produces 235bph (which can be upped with an optional supercharger) and 300lb-ft of torque. It is built for off-roading, as it has long-travel, unequal length, double-wishbone suspension, with Bilstein shocks, and approach/departure angles of 71 and 82 degrees respectively. To top all that off, it comes in whatever color you want it to. And the whole thing weighs less than 1500lb. Who wouldn't want one?! For more info, including all the options and still more specs, check out the manufacturer's page. The Model: I am planning on a manual model with a 6-speed transmission, 3+R gearbox, HoG steering, full suspension, and hopefully a fake engine. And maybe in the future... An RC version with buggy motors! Some blueprints I am using for this model. Ariel Nomad Blueprints CURRENT PROGRESS: Gearbox Revision! All the parts are here! I have exchanged all the color vomit parts for black, it looks much better now! I am streamlining the framework around the gearbox. [WIP] Ariel Nomad Chassis V2.0

Love the design, I could recognize it as a Tesla right off! The trim looks great, as do the headlights. Functionality is awesome, as is the cargo capacity, excellent work there! Do the three drive modes make much of a difference? Can you show the difference in driving ability? And that charging station is a great addition!

Very nice model. Simple looks, with the emphasis on functionality. Exactly what Technic should be! -
Welcome to EuroBricks, mati1298! Can you please post some photos in your topic, instead of a link to your Lego Ideas project? You can have this link, but the site does not want self-promotion to be the main purpose. This site is for sharing your build. As for sci-fi ideas... Well, there are 280 pages of them in this forum.

It has been a while since I have seen that movie, but I must say that this fits perfectly with what I remember. Excellent detailed build, and with instructions!

Leonardo da Bricki replied to Toni-23's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Argh! NOOO!! You beat me to it! I just bought two buggy motors for a planned fast crawler/buggy machine! Hate to say because you did it before me, but excellent model! Love the responsive suspension, it works really well! Can you show in detail what you did to adapt the battery pack?- 14 replies

Cool build! It is shaped very well, and has excellent parts usage. Can't wait to see the video, I bet this things flies! -
Awesome build, the ISD looks amazing, the texture is perfect here! The mini-scale Falcon is pretty cool, but I do agree with Littleworlds that it looks a bit too plain.

Incredible telehandler! Awesome functionality, and the sheer size just adds to it! Great use of the all the Porsche orange parts, I cannot wait to get the instructions! EDIT: +1 HoF!

Awesome! I wish I had had the time to compete in this contest, but this is definitely one of the best entries I have seen! Great model, it looks incredible! I love the smooth saucer shape, though I feel like some more greebles around the outside might be in order. The engine pods are sleek as heck, they look wonderful. Best of luck to you! -
Sheer genius! I love this little build, please make instructions of any kind, I would love to have this little model!

First one of these I have seen. It looks great, I cannot wait to see the video! An excellent tribute model. And kudos @Blakbird for the incredible renders. -
Just amazing! Love the scratches on the floor from the turkey, excellent little detail!

I too have some interest in seeing what you are selling. Please PM me a photo or two. I will say upfront, I cannot afford the whole collection!

Looks beautiful! A great introduction, welcome to EuroBricks! How do you shift the gearbox? And how many gears does it have? -
Worth the wait on these models! I always wanted to see a UCS model like this, and I have to say, you nailed it! The cockpit is incredible! Probably the best part of the build for me. I will wait with great impatience for the instructions for this beauty!

Incredible build, I don't care that this was late! It looks amazing, I love how sleek it is, that really adds to the model. Great shot with the microfig, by the way. Any idea how much the parts for this would cost? Not that I could currently afford it, but maybe way out in the future... -
So smooth and pointy!!! Classic shaping, I love both of them! I cannot believe they balance on such a small stand... Great work!
