  1. Thanks! No, I don't have a video. Maybe in the future I could make one. It had ok performance, but it started slow and had to gradually build up speed due to the weight, gear ratio, etc. So it was not what I was hoping for in performance, though I was happy with the appearance of it. It is much slower than yours, that I know for sure. Probably could reach about 2/3 your buggy's speed.
  2. *annoying bell sound* You are correct! It will have 4 moving "arms" since 8 was too ambitious. And I only have 4 Claas tires. The votes are in! More teeth it is! Thanks! I hope to connect all the elements of the chassis today or tomorrow.
  3. @kbalage If I only had two... You can check out my mod here if you want. And I need to buy one of those as soon as I have the funds... AA battery box is all I have.
  4. Looks cool. Each track assembly is individually suspended? Do they rotate on the horizontal axis? @Seasider: From the name, the secret function is that it can "eat" other racers... I think...
  5. Wow. That is awesome! I upgraded my 42037 with one buggy motor, but I don't have an S-Brick or BuWizz, so the performance was nothing like this. I do like the addition of the V-8 engine, it's a big improvement in appearance.
  6. @I_Igor I did not even know that was a real vehicle! I might have to mod my entry into one of those after the contest.... Ok. I am leaning that direction as well. The name is "Kraken," so take a guess.
  7. Photo Update, as requested by @LEGO Train 12 Volts & @I_Igor: Sorry for the crap quality. I still don't have photography stuff I need. TC12 Leak This is the layout of the vehicle. Still having some problems with the chassis, but steadily progressing towards a viable solution. I hope... TC12 Leak I need to ask your opinion(s). Which of these plating options is better? Smoother with less teeth, or jagged with more teeth?
  8. @LEGO Train 12 Volts & @I_Igor Photos are coming tonight, so stay tuned for more!
  9. Update Time! 1. The Chassis: It is sort of coming together now, I was out of town this weekend so I couldn't build. Photos tomorrow when I will hopefully have something worthwhile to show. 2. Functions: The V-8 is built and I have figured out ow to place it... Next step is routing drive to it. And mounting it. HoG is still WIP, I have figured out how my special function is finally going to work, now I just have to build the full V.1 model.
  10. Ah yes, the joys of buses.... Cannot wait to see how this turns out, I think it looks pretty good already.
  11. I have used LDD for instructions, but only after my model is finished. Or I update it as I build, but that gets tedious as things change often and rapidly. Yes, the gears are an absolute pain in the butt, but like @Void_S stated, rotate them. And don't use flex axles and LDD. They mix like oil and water.
  12. Awesome Group B rally car! Livery looks great, and welcome to EuroBricks!
  13. Awesome build! I may try making one of these, but a bit smaller maybe... Great looking model, performs decently. I would personally use a solid rear axle, but yours is good.
  14. Welcome to EuroBricks! Nice Corvette! It looks really good compared to the real car. Did you cut the flexible white tubing to fit?
  15. Cool concept, I like the direction this is going!
  16. Awesome! I was considering making a Zetros.... But you just shot my idea down! incredible truck, it has so many functions.... Just one thing to say. Please clarify the suspension type, this is not independent suspension; I believe all three axles are multi-link live axle suspension.
  17. Wow!!! The instruction quality is just awesome!!! I kinda prefer this over Lego's method! Great work @Charbel!!!
  18. Pretty nice car, the headlights are amazing! Trademark BMW right there. Overall, it is a good model, but the side mirrors and the three colored fins surrounded by the black just looks out of place on this model... Do you have concept art to share? I would like to see it.
  19. One of your best-ever tank models! Great work, cannot wait to see the next one.
  20. True, it should be.... But this is Wacky Contest, so who cares?! In the U.S. it is pronounced the same.
  21. Last Update for Today: Well.... I have figured out how it all will work. Now I just need to put it all together. The whole swing arm will pivot around the turntable, the only issue is that I have to run two different driveshafts through the center of the pivot, so this will take some work. The photo below is a quick sketch of how I plan for it to fit, but that may not be how it goes... TC12 Leak
  22. Quick Update: First of all, sorry for going silent. I was busy, and I had made negative progress on my entry. I had most of a chassis figured out and was beginning fine-tuning my function.... Then I realized that I had made a major mistake, and had to undo nearly all the progress I have made so far. At the moment, the front arms will stay the same. I have a new idea for the rear that involves at least two, but probably four turntables.... Hopefully I will have photo of some progress late tonight. Stay tuned for more!
  23. @I_Igor Definitely red. I don't think yellow would look very good, but that is just my opinion. I am waiting for these instructions, they looks so good! Cannot wait to build this car!
  24. Wow! Amazing McLaren you captured most of the flowing lines really well, and still show the internals of the car nicely! Excellent model! Welcome to EuroBricks!
  25. 4x4x4x4x4x4x4x4 monster truck! Impressive! It looks great! I really like the compact axles and suspension. Only thing to work on is those gaps in the hood.
