  1. Hi Nerdsforprez, Yes, I may have been irrational. And I do agree with your points and would like to provide an apology to the community and Jeroen. It really is not my business regarding the pricing of anything anyone makes, and for that I am sorry. The parts for the build are indeed expensive, and you are correct about certain parts that have much more of a price due to how rare it is perceived. I just thought of all the folks that would love to build it, but will never get the chance. But that is perhaps what makes it such a rare set. This is my fundamental idea of Lego, build and share. That way others can enjoy the build. I do wish that Jeroen gets a few sales as I know the time and effort to build such a masterpiece is extremely time consuming and hundreds of hours spent.
  2. Great work! Nice lines, simple yet effective. Keep it up!
  3. Wow, this looks fantastic. the structure is so compact with cool functions. I look forward to seeing the doors in action. I will follow this post! Thanks for sharing.
  4. Not recently, that's for sure Halfway thru the next project... Top secret of course
  5. @KD123 lol I can't beleive you've got the Bugatti thrown in the mix. You're the machine! Hey @AFOLegofan66 I'd love to see a rendition of the front.
  6. Hi Mysh! Thanks for the comments!! I'm happy to say the instructions for the Acura Bodywork + Framework is now complete! If you're looking for a framework for your own 1:8 scale MOC racecar, then I suggest trying this framework. If you want to build the whole car pick up both instructions linked below: NSX GT3 Framework: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10857 NSX GT3 Bodywork: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10858 NSX GT3 TYPE R - instructions avail on rebrickable by lachlan cameron, on Flickr NSX GT3- custom seat design by lachlan cameron, on Flickr
  7. Hi AFOL! Thanks for submitting the photos, looks great Oh my... still plugging away at this thing? You're a trooper!
  8. Looking good brickbybrick! I agree with the squarensss, but as it’s a 4x4 crawler, taller looks more like a monster truck, so for that reason I like it!! Keep building
  9. This is what I was thinking.... Yes there is tons of work put into a build, I absolutely agree. And I don’t doubt that many many hours were spent on such a build. As a pro builder, I get the sale of instructions. The price and small reward. But... as other have said.... there is 1 m-motor. And a battery box. Most expensive parts in a build are usually the motors. I just can see any justification for the price.... let alone the remaining 20 sales with a price jack. Sorry... just my 2 cents
  10. Awesome looking build. But seriously... I have done the math for the full sale of 200 of your F14 planes. (In Canadian Money) 3125€ is 4706$ Canadian for the first 180. The remaining 20 is 4000€ which is 6023$ can. So total you plan to make makes 967,540$ Canadian. That’s very close to 1 million dollars you’re planning to make from 1 design. I understand you have a great model..... but seriously. This is just highway robbery. Let’s say the parts cost half that.., so you walk away with half a million dollars Canadian! You have lost my respect. Sorry that’s just sad...
  11. Thank you Blakbird! The renders look fantastic, I can thank you and @Thorsten50 enough! Good news all, the instructions are complete and avail. on rebrickable! It might be time to disassemble your 42056 Porsche Kit and build this orange replica of the 2017 Ford GT! (the porsche kit is 65% of this build) Rebrickable: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10792/Loxlego/ford-gt Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/gp/139930963@N04/83f95A Video: https://youtu.be/bV8_uOz50oU Ford GT - butterfly doors by lachlan cameron, on Flickr
  12. You must have the biggest Lego collection in the world @AFOLegofan66!! Insane!
  13. Oh man, epic!! Thats 1 of a few pieces I'd really need for the White Veneno!! @technic_addict will be very happy to hear this
  14. Nice work! I do agree with brick by brick but overall I think it’s one of your best yet. Keep on building!!
  15. This is awesome. The blue is splendid, how do you make so many of these huge MOC's so fast!
  16. Hey All! The Ford GT instructions are complete. As soon as they are turned into a PDF they will be available on Rebrickable. Stay tuned.... A massive thanks to @Thorsten50 who has been working day and night to make this possible! 17. Lol Thanks Mysh!! Can't thank you enough for your kind words. The weight of the car is 6.6 pounds and the brick count will be in the 2800 - 3000 range. I have finished the tear down of the bodywork already. I will be selling these instructions as "photo sequence" instructions on Rebrickable. They will be on sale for cheaper thank when Thorsten does instructions of course. I will sell the bodywork and framework separate so builders can use the framework as a base. I plan on re-visiting the framework with a new bodywork in the future. I was happy with seat design, so thanks! Yes the rear spoiler was a touch too big, first time making one so I will work closer with scaling in future. Still learning! The nose is a bit high, but functionally everything works well. If I go 1 stud lower, the hood touches the wheels. You are correct about speed bumps, it does have to be a clean surface when driving :) Regarding the red "gear" between "sits" (do you mean seats?) I did not use any red gears between the seats. The shifter is just for show, if thats what you mean. Another really cool note: Acura has seen this NSX and they are loving it! They will possibly post it on their Facebook page, and have requested my home address to send a care package for making such an awesome car. I am beyond stoked for this recognition!
  18. Hello all, Jaap Technic has completed a wonderful sticker package for thee Veneno. Both versions of the sticker package is avail st his store, be sure to get a copy to complete this MOC!http://www.jaaptechnic.com/p/2d-3d-design.html?m=1
  19. I really like this MOC. The lines flow so well, your version of the Tesla car is better than the original IMO and obviously great speed. The wheels add a different style than I've seen before and I like it!
  20. Hi @Meatman, the rear spoiler was connected with a 3l reddish brown axle thru a single eyelet on one side, and a regular blue axle/pin connector. That was the only way I could level the wing as the suspension arm is on a heavier angle.
  21. Oh the difficult choices we make each day I.D say do both at once
