  1. Can anyone think of a way that might let multiple functions in the H6 gearbox be run at once? Like another piece that moves the clutches than can also swing on the axle that the selector sits on?
  2. It'd be fine if they had like 16 or 24 roller bearings instead of 8.
  3. Sorry but up until now almost everyone was moaning about not having dual molded rebel helmets with visors, and now that we finally get them people are moaning yet again... what the eff?
  4. No no hahah, I meant I wish it wasn’t motorised.
  5. God I wish they used the prelim engine. It's so much nicer
  6. I can’t help but feel this set should not have been motorised. Why can’t we just use a hand pump to operate the functions here, especially considering there’s only two of them?
  7. That extension still doesn’t bode well for the set ):
  8. I’ll be honest, it doesn’t really look that cool considering they left out the all important red walls, as well as the sunshade Praetorian helmet which was IMO the coolest helmet
  9. @Toxic43 > Eurostar > Diesel engine Hold up what
  10. So turns out Snoke’s Throne room is a giant rip off - $70USD for like ~450 pieces or something.
  11. That just achieves the same outcome as pinning it to any other stationary point on the first section of the boom.
  12. Perhaps the rear structure can move backwards like a moveable counterweight? That could explain the rear gear wheel being in-line with the gear rack seen in closeups
  13. You heard that they were new? Because I’m 100% certain they’re the knee and elbow pads of the 75532 Scout Trooper and Speeder Bike but in yellow.
  14. @Aventador2004 My friend those are old lol. They're from the Star Wars Constraction Endor Speeder.
  15. Aw man. That doesn’t bode well for the set. Guess I’m not getting this one
  16. @Rudivdk See if you can hook up the winch to a gear that meshes with the rack. That way it’ll wind up as the gear rack moves up.
  17. God that X-Wing is straight fire. Best non-UCS one we’ve had yet
  18. Because it’s in the same size group probably. I just checked piece counts vs 42054 and have to say I agree that it’s a shame there’s like an 800 piece gap. Would be nice to get something more complex. It might actually be cheaper than 42054, the CAD price turns into about $200AUD
  19. YEET there’s pics! https://www.thebrickfan.com/lego-technic-summer-2018-sets-revealed/ Also, it’s settled: The forklift does have dark blue pieces on it.
  20. No chance - the set looks too refined to be a B-model. B-models generally end up looking like an inexperienced MOCcer creation. Regarding the pricing, this set looks like it would be in a similar league as 42054 (less PF but larger + huge bucket). If I’m reading that price tag correctly then it says 139.99. If that’s in Euros then it’s pretty standard with what we’ve seen before - 139.99€ is roughly $220AUD. Add GST to that and you’re looking at $250AUD, which was the RRP in 42054 over here in Australia.
  21. I think most AFOLs would want a longer train than two locos and a coach, so they'd buy another set to expand it anyway. It's not too much of a double edged sword
  22. So what’s the bet here? Are we looking at yellow or keetorange? Also, I wish they’d give us a properly shaped pantograph like in the Horizon Express
  23. Mad Eurostar vibes from the passenger train. I’m digging it, although I wonder what it would’ve looked like if the DBG and dark blue colours were reversed. Can anyone do a cheeky photoshop?
  24. Uhhh what? No it doesn’t. It’s different in every way other than being a loco with two passenger cars.
