  1. same!
  2. New Transformer Brickheadz were just added to Brickset's catalog! 40803 Optimus Prime Robot & Vehicle 40804 Bumblebee Robot & Vehicle Prices currently are unknown.
  3. Beautifully done! I also second what @GeoBrick said about the village.
  4. This vintage automobile was inspired by two other builder's car MOC's. One is @The Reader who builds amazing Adventurers stuff over in the Action & Adventure forum, like this, which has instructions here. The other builder is @SERVATOR, who makes a ton of old-fashioned cars like these ones here, here, and here, among others. The front of the car, with it's owner. Any resemblance to any fore-mentioned person's sig-fig is purely coincidental. Rear view of the vehicle. The car seats two figures. Thoughts on this MOC?
  5. ....let me find my jaw before I comment. Oh, here it is! *attaches jaw back to head* I am literally at a loss for words... all I can think to say is this MOC is so absolutely amazing, and (IMO) it needs to be front-paged! Keep up the good work @Elysiumfountain!
  6. I didn't know that, and it makes sense. Thanks for the quick reply!
  7. So I sent LEGO CS a message The very first message I sent was on Jan 23rd, and I got a response the next day (the 24th) and they said to reply to the message if my Nov. 28th order didn't ship the next week. I emailed back on Feb. 3rd and never received a response. Another message on the 6th of February also was met with radio silence. This is very puzzling, and my order STILL hasn't shipped, even though I'm now reading a lot of other Nov. 28th orders are. I needed these parts by Feb. 22nd (that's obviously not happening!), which is why I ordered them in November of last year. I'm honestly about done with P-A-B.... If I want something from LEGO, I'll go to the store and get it or go someplace else entirely, like Bricklink. So much for LEGO's so-called customer service!
  8. Looks nice so far! However, I have but one question - why is a naked man (I guess he's not technically naked as he's wearing a tank top and hard hat, but I digress...) working at saw mill? To me, it sounds like a good way to get sawdust and splinters in places that are better left unmentioned ! Or is this an 'the Emperor's New Clothes'-type situation, and I'm just not smart enough to see the garments in question? Anyway, it looks great, and keep up the good work!
  9. It may not have been your intent, but your original comment comes across as making fun of diversity efforts by LEGO, in a way. And that's all I'm gonna say on the topic @MAB. We should just stay on the main idea of the BDP series sets from this point lest we risk the moderators stepping in, IMO .
  10. What are you trying to say? LEGO doesn't select BDP builders based on looks, gender, race or anything else... in fact, they don't select them at all! Hell, they don't even know who made them beyond a name on a screen at the time of the model submission. These models are selected through popular vote by the public and THEN Lego contacts the builders so it's a lottery as to what they look like. Your statement makes no sense, and is on the verge of trolling @MAB.
  11. I envy you! My Nov. 28th order, consisting of 84 of one part type still hasn't shipped, and I've been told it would ship last week by CS and (surprise!) It didn't ship. This whole situation is maddening, and I'm disappointed in LEGO, to be honest. (My recent bestseller order from Jan. 30th was missing some parts too.)
  12. RE your query @Lucarex: the Duplo green baseplate in plastic warp (set 2304) was available in from sometime in 1992 to Feb 2022 (30 years!) before being replaced with as a paper bag version, while the orange Brick Separator polybag was Dec. 2011 to Feb. 2023. If you're asking about models, it's a tie: the 10220 Volkswagen T1 camper van was available from Sept. 2011 to Nov. 2020, followed by 10214 Tower Bridge was Oct. 2010 to Sept. 2019, so about nine years for each set. (all this info is from Brickset) So, in essence, Duplo is eternal.
  13. Looks like a race to be first to the finish between the Seaside Market and the Siege Encampment....
  14. Congrats to the winners and a round of applause for all who entered!
  15. Considering this is a two year old thread, and that he hasn't been on since November of last year, I would say no - he has not.
  16. As far as I know, saying LEGO without an S is not a Forum rule... LEGO might not like it, it may not be proper, and it certainly dilutes the brand, but it's not against the rules @JohnTPT17. (Just in case you didn't know)
  17. Just a heads up of a new / old part: The Hulk Truck vs. Thanos set (76312) from Marvel has the first plain yellow Futuron-style space helmet (Part 2446) since a 2009 limited-edition minifigure pack!
  18. Without getting too far off topic, with MOCpages, there was no warning. MOCpages creator Sean Kenny just decided to pull the plug one day, after years of hacking issues and not responding to requests / offers to help. (Don't get me started on that!) This is a 100% totally different situation and I've got to commend the estate of Kevin M. Loch for trying to keep it running by finding another owner and letting us know what's going on.
  19. @Lego Mike I get packages in resealed LEGO bags all the time - it's not that uncommon and sometimes it looks factory sealed, but it's not. As for your first question, no clue. Also, EB doesn't host pictures except for your avatar and signature. You need to upload your post pictures somewhere else (like Flickr, for example) and then link them into your post. There are tutorials around somewhere on Eurobricks for more info how to do this.
  20. Nicely done @SERVATOR, this looks fantastic! Keep up the good work! Also, looks like you got beaten to making a vintage truck with those wheel arches @The Reader !
  21. My November 28th order still hasn't shipped. I was told a week ago today it would probably be shipping 'next week', (the one which has just ended), which turned out to not be the case. I'm gonna contact then again next Monday as they said if it doesn't ship by 1/31/25 to try emailing again. These are the last parts I need for a project that needs to be completed before February 22nd. I seriously doubt that it will be here by then, but we will see! In other news, my January 30th Bestseller order shipped today, less than 24 hours after I placed it. Also, @Pchan1983 when did you place your order and how did you pay? I'm now worried about them canceling my order because I paid thru Paypal and I know that's given LEGO fans grief in the past with Bricklink Designer Program sets and how long it takes for them to ship....
  22. To quote another famous Adventurer: "Snakes? Why'd it have to be Snakes?" Keep up the good work @The Reader!
