  1. The user who built this hasn't been online since 2022. Chances are, you can't get instructions. However, it doesn't look so hard to re-create if you REALLY wanted it @Ashy. The inside is probably blank, so you just mirror image the model from the one side you have a picture of. Sorry I can't be more help.
  2. That is much more exciting news than the lackluster CITY Tower currently being discussed in the 2025 city thread! I hope the Arctic train set holds up to my expectations!
  3. First thoughts on the tower: What? Just what? My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. No sale. Second thoughts: Pigeons and a subway car? Count me in! (I'll probably reverse-engineer the subway car from instructions and buy a flock of pigeons from PAB.) Still no sale, though!
  4. @elitist Is it Technic, CITY-scale, Speed Champions, or something else? Technic would go in Technic forum, while City and Speed Champions go in town.
  5. Well, that's any easy fix - just mount the second head on a wall in Lord Sam Sinister's house, and Wham! - instant trophy!
  6. What does that mean? You statement doesn't make sense.
  7. Very interesting usage of boat hulls as walls, for sure @Brick900!
  8. That's sNOw problem. This battle was getting cOLD anyway... Thanks! I usually just read this thread and post very little, but with this comment chain I didn't want to be left out in the cold.
  9. That's a pretty cool pun. (sorry, I had to do that. It was too good an opportunity to pass up!)
  10. My thoughts exactly! This is not going to be a good thing.
  11. Welcome to Eurobricks @Wildcat01!
  12. Well, this might just get my sister interested in LEGO. After seeing the teaser, she's listing all the Pokémon she wants them to make. I personally don't care for it, but anything that gets her - and others who don't do Lego - interested in the hobby is a win in my book!
  13. No, it doesn't connect. LEGO has forbade modulars from being submitted to the program.
  14. Thanks @LMGbros 772! I must confess, I have a bad habit of whenever I make a road car I think "How can I add trains wheels to this?" I've got quite a number of these rail mobiles laying around as a result... Thank you, @Shiva!
  15. As much as I like Wallace and Gromit, Mr. Bean has my vote - hands down. I grew up watching the Mr. Bean TV show on VHS tape, then later the animated version on TV when I was older. And as a bonus, the Mini Cooper will go well with my collection of famous movie and TV cars if it wins!
  16. @stevendejong You have to do all that yourself. Buying the parts, creating the box art, designing stickers, packaging it all, and so on. I don't think many solo set designers turn a profit as it's very time consuming, labor intensive, and expensive. Heck, even some companies go under from this kinda stuff. (established modelmaker ME models overstretched themselves on a new project a decade ago or so, and they went belly-up quite quickly!) Of course, I don't make custom sets myself, but I do know all the info I just stated is true. Just some food for thought.
  17. sorry, wasn't really meaning to talk about it. Kinda joking about it in a gallows-humor kinda way. Apologies if i offended anyone!
  18. What about a B-52 and the battleship USS Missouri? America is already supposedly going to war with Denmark (over Greenland*), so why not just be the first ones there and claim Billund before the USA does? *Don't get me started on how stupid that is. It makes us Aslume inmates look sane!
  19. @Daiman rant /on/ I do dust / vacuum / clean, I swear! (I'm a autistic germaphobe / clean freak with OCD to boot!) The tracks were taken from my layout which has been out for five years and is currently being renovated / cleaned. (again) As for the car: like any steam engine builder will tell you, black just shows dust like crazy no matter what you do. This is why I generally don't build all black trains... the more colorful, the less dust it shows! Unless I lived in an airtight, vacuumed-sealed clean room with filters and gloves and a haz-mat suit, dust is inevitable. Oh, and as for the paint brush were you referring to - I have four currently, with more that were tossed for being too full / dirty over the years! rant /off/ Sorry. It's a touchy subject and I needed to get that off my chest. Thanks for understanding.
  20. I like the late-1930s car from 2015 San Diego Comic Con set 'Action Comics 1 - Superman', but didn't particularly care for the garish colors of green and yellow - or the insane price! So I used the instructions and built my own normal version in dark blue, then this black one with XS Big Ben Bricks train wheels instead of rubber tires as a railroad inspection vehicle. This rail mobile has a number of changes from the set, but it still seats one figure at the wheel. Speaking of which: the person in the picture is a division superintendent, and he is wearing green in tribute to the original colors of the SDCC set that inspired this MOC. The rear of the rail mobile. (apologies for the dust - I just built this two days ago!) Inside the vehicle, featuring the drivers seat. Thoughts?
