  1. You're definitely not alone in wanting a Vampire Castle. I'd like at least two or three more sets related to this faction, as so far the only characters who stand out are Pola, Berserker and Cezar. The faction as a whole, including the three I just named, tends to reuse parts and only Berserker and Pola have head prints unique to their figures. I would appreciate a few more named villains, including a larger "Tech-Monster" as well as a moderately sized castle set in the $60 range that gives them a home base. However, I'd also be open to what @Nexogeek suggested, and given that Nexo only has a maximum on one wave left I would be fine with either. Heck, I'd be fine with any additional sets at all given the current rumors.
  2. As @Digger of Bricks has said already, I think a Pirate-based Big Bang would be a good choice. Lego could take that concept lots of directions and it would be a good way to breathe some life back into a dead theme. Also, it wouldn't interfere with a new regular Castle theme *intensely crosses fingers*
  3. Really? That's very interesting. Could you scan the page if possible?
  4. Welcome, welcome!
  5. There's no guarantee that that will ever happen, and knowing Lego, they'll probably underwhelm you with their next offering. Lego designers have said on here in the past that Steampunk does not test well, and Lego likely would never make something similar, especially in the near future.
  6. Not to derail the thread, but... Space had a theme almost every year from 1978-99. From 1999-2006, there was only one Space theme because the Star Wars prequels were being released. From 2007-13, we got Mars Mission, Space Police, Alien Conquest and Galaxy Squad because there were no Star Wars movies being released. There has not been a Space theme since 2014 because new Star Wars movies are coming out, and there likely won't be a new theme for the next three or four years. Star Wars directly interferes with Space releases, and since SW is at an all time high in popularity, Space is in a much worse spot than regular Castle. After Nexo ends there will be nothing blocking Lego from putting out a new Castle theme, as nothing remotely medieval is already on the market.
  7. Great work! I like the compact look of the build, especially the arms.
  8. That's what I'm most worried about. If that is truly the case, then a "Dark Age" is inbound for me.
  9. Whelp, guess that's it then. Really disappointed that Monstrox didn't get his own figure, but overall I'm alright with how the theme ended. Hopefully we get some Castle stuff next year
  10. Nothing...yet. Only Star Wars, Ninjago and Technic have leaked so far. Fingers crossed!
  11. I'm surprised I haven't stumbled across this until now. Excellent work! A few of the builds are a little simple but I would totally buy this set if it were produced.
  12. The Last Jedi. Throughly enjoyable, going to see it again soon!
  13. I visit this forum pretty often, and I am usually drawn in by the Modular and Set Discussion threads. I admire the creativity of our members, but I only occasionally comment on MOCs. Something that I would like in the forum are more threads about past Town/City sets, and polls related to them. That is one of the best aspects of my favorite forum (Historic) that would work well over here given Town's expansive history.
  14. Fantastic work! I love how all of the builds are your own, and the atmosphere the build gives off as a whole.
  15. That would be ideal. I think he was referring to a whole new faction. Human Monstrox will probably come in the summer regardless.
  16. Why would that be? The NK sets have leaked on time every year.
  17. I love the vibrant color palette you've used here. Nicely done.
  18. Don't think this has been posted yet, but we will be getting a Yellow Castle minibuild next year as a S@H promotion Here's a link (grainy image) https://brickset.com/article/32295/60-years-of-the-lego-brick-set-revealed#comments
  19. I fully expect two blowouts here...
  20. Welcome!
  21. Well done! I always enjoy seeing a new Western town. Really a shame that we haven't gotten a whole lot of Western themed sets recently.
  22. So many little nooks and crannies, very impressive!
  23. They probably just haven't gotten here yet. I suspect they'll ask shortly, unless they plan on officially unveiling it soon.
