LDD removing bricks upon opening a file

I will have to make it behave then. I tricked it by using a clip to hold the feather from behind and then removed the clip and put the plates and cones back and it is happy now. -
I have the file for the dream house, but everytime I open it up LDD removes every brick that ends in a pin (feathers and the like) from my file. As it says they are not placed properly and have been removed. When I place them they have a green outline, the program lets me place them (in my case into a 1x1 round plate with hole that is in turn attached to a cone or plate) and the program saves, all without any complaint. So how to I prevent it from removing bricks when I open the program? Is there some option I can turn off, currently it doesn't give me an option it just strips them and it is very frustrating.

Super chuffed! My chicken box arrived today. I don't own the Constitution train chase or the haunted house and I love the characters and my zombie butler. They will be very useful, I'm very, very happy. Thank you for the amazing prizes and all the time and effort.

REVIEW: 71005 LEGO Minifigures - The LEGO Simpsons Series
Cara replied to WhiteFang's topic in LEGO Licensed
TRU near me and the only place I could find the Movie CMF was already charging $4 and over per fig. With the MSRP going up to 3.99 these are sure to be a $5 fig minimum around here. Which doesn't bode well for future series because you know it never goes down. And sadly I'm fairly sure the market can take $4 per fig pack in this area at least.- 118 replies

Ah, I only remember my previous one which was Queen of PAB. Next to garage sales, I do love my PAB. Made a TOR entry that Rocks: has always seemed a little ironic, since the entry didn't make it past the first round. That or else its maker and myself share a similar sense of humour. I noticed a new one today Captain of the Flying Piranha that would be because of The Flying Piranha sailing ship. And it changed to Green Captain of the Flying Piranha, a reference to changing to a green fellow star.

Incase any one is looking for small piece storage.. The compartment bins I use to sort my small or special pieces can be bought (one item only - I normally buy in store) with a 50% off coupon for today and tomorrow at Joann in the US. (normal 9.99 with coupon 4.99) I use them because they are a reasonable price when a coupon is applied and the dividers are moveable. Coupon here: http://www.joann.com/coupon/?icn=Home&ici=hs0-1 Bins I use (but you can use the coupon on anything not already on sale): http://www.joann.com/artbin-solutions-box-4-48-compartments/3457447.html

My store normally gives a heads up and I have to top up a purchase to obtain a polybag, but if I do a big purchase and I have my kids there they will let me split the transactions and hand each kid their own bag - even if its for this case the Chima rather than the MMH. The problem I've had with employees mostly occurs over Christmas time and I hope they are seasonal employees. This year past there was one more annoying than normal. She would go through the, 'Hi, welcome to lego. Can I help you find anything.' Regardless of the answer, then she would hover while I picked up sets - which drives me batty. Then she asks, 'It is for yourself or a child?' to which the first time she did this I automatically answered that it was for me. Her attitude and demeanour instantly changed, it was so noticeable it was abrupt and left me wondering what just happened. She asked me that question every time I went in over Christmas and after the first I always said it was for my kids, whether it was or not .

*fingers crossed* waiting for it to make its way across the pond.

I love all the details you packed in this. It looks likes it would fit very well next to other modular.

Question about the 'dont go too wild with colours' comment. Is it ok to use colours so long as the bricks actually exist in those colours? Edit: this is for the wall accent colour of my house.
-
About this time of year the walls here always get very lean. The employees say its because people are all filling their Christmas boxes. Having seen the wall for a number of years now I don't believe that's it. Around mid april may new wall items often arrive that I haven't seen before. So I think the walls or the items chosen for the walls go through a reset around that time of year.

Thank you very much to everyone. Bonaparte, thanks for organizing this, I hope this is not the last of this format. It was challenging to coordinate but I enjoyed it immensely. I really liked seeing the features of other builds and think that this contest produced a lot of good ideas that I hope can inspire the Ambassador project.

I like her lines and colouring a lot, especially the dark brown beams on reddish brown base. I hope you manage to produce her in bricks.

I saw this on flickr and smiled. I love the three musketeers. The kingdoms torsos make great cardinal's guards.

Best Chima legend beast for parts?
Cara replied to Im a brickmaster.'s topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I picked up the lion just to try these out, my store had some damaged box ones 10% off - only a dollar but wont say no. I definitely have to hope that bricklink starts to have large quantities in stock. I like to make creatures and I'm loving them. -
Why do you want the 2x2 light grey tiles? I've seen a few people now mention that they want to find them or find lots of them, interested to know to what use you all plan. My wall was emptied out for the last month now. But I did find 1x2 dark grey bricks. I think they pulled them down from the rows up top which are up super high and just for display. Because there used to be these dark grey up there and now its different. So I filled my Christmas box with them and a few light grey 2x2 slopes

Love the R2D2 legs, that is a wonderful pattern they create.

I like those cannons and the feel of the busy dockside. I would have liked to see a picture of the outpost from the front including the tower. Its harder to visualise it from the photo taken from an angle above.

I go giddy over dragons and this guy is a superb one. Well deserved win, he's really, really gorgeous.

The blue against the lava is stunning. Lovely job. And what is that room of display cases? Is that yours with all your mocs?

Lovely underwater scene and I like the use of that baseplate.
