  1. To your convenience... (Both photos were scaled to 270 cm wheel base, other measures come from that... of course LEGO Sian might be a bit longer, as it seems the front and the rear are a bit dark on the photo,...) EDIT: In fact I am almost sure that on the photo from the box we don't see the whole rear end...
  2. 24: 10 1: 6 53: 4 29: 3 59: 2 32: 1 I am very impressed with what all you came up with! And this is brutal as well... so many fantastic models had to be let down.
  3. Excellent shape overall, to bad it is missing at least a little something that implies front mudguards...
  4. Maybe a two stage voting - first to get top 10 out and then among top 10 for the winners. Both stages same criteria and same points system...
  5. 60 entries so far?! This is an insane number!!! So many fantastic models to leave with no points, how will we live with ourselves?!!
  6. Hello everyone, I ventured a bit into stud.io lately and wanted to have Technic planetary wheel hub 46490c01 from set 42099 so after some investigation and suggestions from facebook and instagram I managed to create three separate parts with all connections between them and "the outer world" as well. Feel free to check it out in my bricksafe folder. I suggest putting all three parts together and group them. The hub and the socket can be rotated independently. I hope you find it useful and would appreciate your opinions, especially if you do find any mistakes in geometry or connections. All credits for creating *.dat files for the parts for LDraw go to @Philo - thank you very much. Best regards, Miha
  7. Fantastic module and very clean look! I love the lifting mechanism - did you use 3rd party steel balls or are those from LEGO?
  8. As I see it, it uses the same mould for the mudguard as we already got in previous sets (pitty) and the brake calipers are also build the same way as in the Chiron...
  9. The metallic green version from the before mentioned site is much better looking. I hope it will look something like that.
  10. @Seasider MOCers usually don't design new parts...
  11. Well, I guess we'll see in about a good fortnight It's quite funny how we don't believe that LEGO would make so many new pieces for a certain model - I think we are in for surprise this time...
  12. Boys and girls, I think you/we just better start believing it... I really really doubt this would show up, if such a model didn't exist (poorly) hidden somewhere. That metallic green looks excellent though, I just hope the wheels will be different in LEGO version. And to me it looks great and a great surprise that there are so many new pieces. To bad the design got stolen so quickly... What was the expected price again?
  13. All ok. I will send you a PM for money transfer...
  14. Wow, this truly looks like a non LEGO RC model. Beautiful work! Also congratulations on sticking to the goal for such a long time.
  15. I love the olive green cab. I hope more sets and parts get released in that colour. Maybe it woild look even better if it was a bit bigger in comparison with the chassis. What is the gear reduction on the truck? Seems quite a lot. So you still have wired controllers on your races? And the air compressor is on the remote? I can see weight benefits for the truck capabilities, but somehow leaves a funny taste in my mouth ;-) Best regards.
  16. I am always right, except when i am left Looks way better Looking forward to see it with the trailer.
  17. Ahah, I see what you mean. I totally overlooked that there was a round plate inside the lock. Had no problems with kingpin coming out, but then again, I drove it mostly on flat terrain. I think the plate was ment to fill the gap better, so the ball would have less play in the cage. Mine had some, if I recall correctly.
  18. Hi there, your truck looks good, but I think the wheelbase is a bit to short - I found that at my truck when I started to build the trailer. If fifth wheel is so close to the cabin, than the trailer's kingpin must be really close to the front of the trailer, which, I think, look a bit odd....
  19. Hi @Pentomind, thank you for your kind words. The idea for fifth wheel is NOT MINE (i wish it was ), but from a French (i believe) builder Pipasseyoyo which I credited in my presentation and in the video. Here is a video of his fantastic truck: Regarding the tires - yes they are too wide for the scale, but I still liked them better when doubled :-) Your truck looks good as well but I think that when you'll start with the trailer, you will realise you have to short wheel base - at least that is what happened to me Best regards, Miha
  20. That roadster is gorgeous!!! Thanks for sharing BI, it will be nice little fun to try it.
  21. I vote for unimog tires as well. The truck looks really well and it resembles the actual machine perfectly.
  22. Wow this is a whole new level of filling in the space inside a MOC. Awesome work! Do you have servos connected directly to the new pneumatic valves? Did you change the maximum angle of the servo rotation in the app?
