  1. This is really packed, I'm in awe! I like two way tipping very much. So you have to move two levers to change sides or just one? The details on and behind the cab are fabulous!
  2. Good job on the trailer, looks really authentic, but your lime Mog catches my eye even more. Haven't seen it yet, is there a topic about it? It looks realy great! Are those rear mudguards Effermans?
  3. Thanks for the report. Too bad that the brackets are not fully compatible, it seems as the two combined cylinders are not perfectly aligned. But I understand, that TLG didn't bother to make them compatible to a piece that has been discontinued years ago...
  4. Wow, the upperside view trully is amazing The only thing that bothers me are the rear mudguards leaning outside, the back seems a bit "boatish" because of that. The front reminds me of Aston-Martins and looks really good - kinda agressive, but with style and class Tan seats are refreshing! It sure is no coincidence, that so much metal hangs around the neck of your avatar .
  5. Yes, everything you said about PF system in the outdoor is sadly very true. We decided to go only with PF system, because RC system and buggy motors are quite rare and PF system is widey available. So to keep it in the same range for everybody we decided for PF and to be honest a PF TT stands no chance against proper RC TT. Another problem is, that we are quite a small bunch of TT drivers, so asside PF system, original LEGO parts and 30 studs wide gates, everything else is loose in order to get as many people as possible to join the race.
  6. Ups, sorry, I missed that... So your rules for TT races allow custom parts? Our LUG sticks to all LEGO and only PF system, no RC...
  7. Very good performance, besides the good setup and weight distribution, these custom tires make miracles. I'm afraid that with LEGO tires it wouldn't be so good. How much does it weigh?
  8. Thank you for nice review, I totaly agree with all you pros for this buzzer. Milan did a fantastic job!
  9. Fantastic review of obviously a fantastic set. You truly mastered that reviewing business! I really like the comparison with the actual parts of the real truck! Thanks a lot, now a loooong wait once more, until it hits the stores...
  10. Dear Anio, I apologise for maybe a too direct hit on you, and I find it very nice of you to give those sets away, but it doesn't matter what you do with them. I am sure you've earned to get sets for review with your work as an RLUG, I have nothing against that. I am happy for you, but still, what you've done is not a full review in my opinion and I am so over the missing stickers, because full reviews are coming.
  11. I don't mind disrespecting the deadlines, altough that is quite nasty, but if someone is given an upcoming set in advance and for free, then that lucky someone should be fair enough to present the whole set, with stickerz!!! Without stickers, the job is only half done and that is sad and lame! If the set is ment to be used further for mocing, the stickers can be removed easily! So, I'm still waiting for a proper presentation, thank you.
  12. @pogie: You trully have eagle eyes, cause that BMW is really awesome - but 100% not LEGO :-P The truck, on the other hand, is a woek of art!
  13. I also vote for double motocross wheelz on the back - much better!
  14. And where can we, the unfortunate who missed it, see this, with no doubt, masterpiece. Jeroen, I hope you'll repost it in another topic.
  15. I agree with all above, but I am really fascinated about your electric scheme. Did it take long to master all the functions? I am surprised, that the smaller treads "survived" such a heavy load offroad. Could you post a photo with the green body off? Congratulations on the whole project!
  16. That 42004 sure proved a great set to alternate, as there are many C models published on rebrickable. Regarding your crane - I really like how the body of it looks with the cabin and a seat in it. Only the hook doesn't do it justice, but I guess there's not much you can do about it with the available parts. Well done nonetheless!
  17. It really looks mean! I wonder how would it look, if you used the original stickers - IMHO it'd look even better. Good job on parts usage also! I don't think I ever saw such a small leftover from the C model before, and nothing seems forced in order to achieve that. Good job!
  18. Sariel announced 2H sets reviews for July 1st on facebook!!!
  19. I heard, that sometimes they ask for photos or set receipt, but I guess you have those... I'm from Slovenia and we don't have S&H or phone customer service, so the only option is their website form for filing a broken piece. It seems they don't bother to much about our little country, since I also received new Eiffel Tower BI after the one from the box totaly fell appart. Again no questions asked... Good luck.
  20. Great trophy truck from your side as well, I will definetly check out your BI if you post them, there is always something new and interesting to learn from you ;-) However, there is a little tiny bit that bothers me - the rear live axle is quite long, which makes the back of the car quite twitchy while driving. Best regards!
  21. I was so waiting for this topic! It is really annoying checking out such empty topics only to see that there is nothing to see, and that six guys would really like to see what will become of this "nothing to see". It's quite unbelievable that such topics have more views and replies than many other topics where there is actually something to see. Same goes for teasers, especially those with big words and no photos...
  22. I didn't send anything back, they didn't ask me a thing about it. A new one was in the mail in about three weeks after I told them of thr malfunction. And yeah, you don't go tell'em that you drove it to the water...
