Thanks, good to know. Have you contacted the persons who did the original map of the guilds yet?

Book II - Kaliphlin: Guild sign-up and Discussion
BrickCurve replied to SkaForHire's topic in Guilds of Historica
I have been working on a sand dune technique which uses the 4 x 4 cured plates standing on their side (similar to the "pony ear" technique), except the plates are stacked together, with parts of them sticking up for more texture. Has anyone tried using those parts on a similar way before? Hopefully I described it well enough for everyone to know what I mean! Edit: Post 1000! -
Wow, very, very impressive! Nice touch having it modular as well.
-
Looks good. I am not entirely sold on the front though, adding a little more detailing to the inside of the long parts at the front would really improve it I think.
-
Looking good so far, particularly the floor.
-
Looks excellent! I would really like a set like Thai to be reaeased, it would be great for parts as well.
-
Looks great! I personally don't mind the colour either.

. Would it be possible to use word press, that is a free website and hosting tool? The domain name would be _____.wordpress.com, but that doesn't really matter as the map will be linked to on here anyway. Have a look at Wordpress.com.Sounds good to me! What is SVG-JS?

Great build! It looks perfect to me. Good idea using that part to base the speeder on, it works really well.
-
As I said on Flickr, it looks great! I would really like to see an overview shot of the whole layout.
-
Amazing! You have inspired me to get some more sand green plates as well as some more of those robot arms. The roof, of course is excellent. I personally really like the roots of the tree, it looks perfect!

(Sorry for the double post). Also, what about having the colour overlay as a semi transparent one so that you can still se details like the trees and deserts?

More on the map colour, I think a medium blue, not dark blue would probably look the best, though I don't know how well that will go with whatever colour you are going to use for the sea. -
It looks really nice. I particularly like the station windows.
-
Why exactly? It's not really fair to say something like that and not mention why.

Ouch! I agree about the NPB notification on Brick Link. What also might help would be contacting Brick Link directly and seeing what they recommend. -

. Looking good so far! If there was a bit more variation between the heights of the masts, I think it would be greatly improved.- 315 replies
