    Nice! Only two weeks here to finally get my hands on some. I only wanted a few, mostly the pigtails. Grabbed three dogs as well. Only one of the two stores we went to had the minifigs. The other just had the dogs.

    I greatly have enjoyed your series, even though I have no idea what’s going on(as I’m one of the weirdos who has never seen the show). I don’t normally comment because I don’t really have anything to add. I did notice you always get a lot of views, but not many comments. I was always glad to see you still pumped out the vignettes, because they’re great & nicely built.

    Looks great, I really like the base around the tree. The larger dark grey plates break it up nicely too. What jerk knocked over the fire hydrant though?

    That would be awesome. That would also be a nice way to get a complete living area Modular. It could be like PS, where half could be the Black’s & the other building could be another residence.

    Oh wow! Those are fantastic. I love the pigtail hairpiece so I’m definitely wanting that. Hopefully they find their way to the store I’m going to next week.

    It really was under appreciated. I imagine it differing so much from the show played a big part. A shame, because the movie isn’t fantastic. It’s hilarious & has some of the best one liners of al the movies. Of the four it’s my second favorite , only because the first one holds a special place for being first. A shame we likely aren’t to get a sequel. Plus, without the movie we wouldn’t have those amazing City & Docks sets. The mechs as well.

    I don’t think this would do much good, as the street plate would be covered over. Plus there’s a lot of interior on the first floor that wouldn’t be secured to the plate either. I think I get the idea you’re going for though. In cases like that large plates, like the garage bay in FB would suffice.

    I’m with you on both accounts. I found Capital City at 40% off, so I was happy to buy it then. There’s just too much in it I didn’t like to pay full price. The only thing in the Donut Shop I don’t like is the crane parts. As to Speed Champions, I’m bummed that great little Mini comes with all that other junk. To the topic, it could be neat. If they did theme packs, like the racing car idea. Or a city maintenance pack with stuff we haven’t seen in years or some brand new stuff would be fun.

    I got a tote bag last year when HP made its comeback, & that was well before the new system. But it does seem like it’s increased recently. Your last point, about emails, is great. I once again can’t get into see my points or what is available to buy, because I get kicked back to the homepage...

    Ah, true. Didn’t even think about the “Great Vehicles.” They easily could toss in a school bus under that designation.

    I’m quite surprised school hasn’t been a subject in LEGO yet. They have such a presence in their bricks being used as an education tool, you’d think it’s an easy choice. I guess the main problem would’ve been what kind of action scenes could be portrayed. Even where conflict doesn’t exist, like in the Arctic subtheme, there was still action by way of escalating & search.

    I can’t speak to the accuracy or subject matter as I’m one of those rare folk who’s never seen this show...but I’ve checked out each of your builds & they’re all well done, I love the builds.

    I’d say you got a great deal. It’s a cool castle with a decent selection of minifigs.

    These are fantastic! I completely missed them the first time around. Great job on giving them such personality. Gonna need to study these better to build one of my own.

    While in a different category, a pricey D2C set, LotR did something similar in 2013 with Tower of Orthanc & Wizard Battle sets. We could also get a Fawkes mold thrown in a set next year to coincide with Dumbledore’s escape, even if the set doesn’t represent the moment. That’s how I felt as well. Going by the pictures the set felt small for the price, but once I got & built it I feel differently. It’s a pretty substantial build.

    When I first saw Lloyd’s Titan Mech, Gundam was my first thought. I’d love to see a full theme fashioned after either scenario. A more classic Space approach could be fun too.

    I’m sure this has been said, but I’d like to see them do Exo Force again. I’ve loved the mechs lately. I have the D.Va & Reinhardt & Lex Mech Takedown sets. I’ve never played Overwatch but the mechs really drew me in & after building, i love them even more. The Lex one is a massive improvement over the first one. And seeing Lloyd’s Titan Mech....oh man, that thing is beautiful. Not to mention the mechs from the Movie. They could really revamp & knock Exo Force out of the park if they were to bring it back.
