  1. One could;t say better! in a way they could have put the outriggers in the same position of normal foldable cranes keeping the manual funcitons. But again the 42043 it's full/plenty of funtions/features....let's appreciate them! P.S. about outriggers it's a shame we don't have anymore the old pneumatics with the square base otherwise a full pneumatic model would have been another way to make them! Mine will have only pneumatics!
  2. Sheep I do appreciate your models (and the quality/design of them) but this time I think you could have made it bit better! Nontheless a stunning model! My concern regards the front...doesn't look at all as an I8.... great video!
  3. Try to overexpose it a bit, trying to find the right balance.
  4. I'll try to be a good father, and to try includes to keep all my LEGO collection in the coming years so my kids will play with them. Great article Paul. I really enjoyed reading it! I have to say (for a sort of personal experience) I found that playing with LEGO during my childhood was a way to "build" a wall around me and isolate myself from the rest of the world. Think about the movie "a beautiful mind"....
  5. Bigger and better than 8043?? LOL they are 2 completely different things......although you can't even compare them I would say that 8043 it's way better! A tall boom doesn't mean "bigger" to me...
  6. Super great review Jim! Amazing pics as always!!!!!! About the set: looking great, not happy with some solutions but comes with new parts that we have been waiting for years! P.S. will it hit the shelf on the 1st August??
  7. SOrry to correct you but a lower F means a higher aperture......
  8. With a 24mm wouldn't be better to have a lower f/? Maybe f/2.8 and higher shutter speed?
  9. All these polish people visiting Italy every year....isn't that an "invasion"? Sorry for the OT! (JIM will kill me ) I have to say that I'm excited about this set, but even more about the new pneumatics and all the ways we could use them to improve our new mocs and old ones aswell!!
  10. Sariel can we come and visit you in Poland? LOL
  11. He definitely captured it perfectly.....unfortunately they look ugly in reality!! But hey, just my opinion! The rest of the truck it's amazing!
  12. First: looks very well executed! Be happy and satisfied really! In my opinion the cabin looks "ugly", I do prefer european trucks, but I'm ok with American style ones if done nicely. The rear axle has an unusual setup, but nothing wrong with it if you are happy with!! What I find outstanding is the video quality!! Simply impressive! I would love to be able to do same quality videos!!! As conclusion be proud of this MOC and I really like it a lot!!
  13. I'll be an Enforcer!! All I can say guys: my vehicle will have 4 Tumbler wheels!!

  17. sorry guys, a quick confirmation: the Arocs width it's 17 studs, right? The same as the 8258 right?
  18. Yes of course..but i need a bit more time to complete the LDD model first....I think people will like it a lot!!
  19. Already building somethin!! And once the cylinders will be aveilable I'll just fit them into the model!!
  20. Guys do you know if there is any 3D model of the new pneumatic cylinders? I need to put them in my MOC so then I can complete and make instructions for all of you!
