he was asking why can't you buy individual bricks?? Are you too young to buy online? Can you explain why can't you buy individuals parts?

So the next question is: why did they stop using the #3 red connector?? They could have used it more times.....and nowadays we would have had such a problem! Again...to bring back a part it may be expensive, but to keep it on the market since it was created for sure it's cheaper!!
-
...or maybe the other way round: TLG should use those rare parts more often into the newer sets so they will be available in bigger quantity for honest prices! The motto is "the limit it's up to our creativity"...where in reality the limit it's up to the prices on BL

Ok I understand of course, but I believe that a forum it's always good way for asking helps and suggestions. Anyway..let's wait for the voting then!

Hello guys, hope this is a new post and never posted before. I do find 3D instructions really interesting and helpfull for those like my nephew which is 9 years old. I do work a lot with 3D softawares (due to my job) and I'm an Autodesk customer. I was wondering if one day we will be able to create 3D instructions for our MOCs. Do you like them? What do you think?

may I say something? After reading lots of comments and looking at the pics of your model I would say you need to focus on the car itself rather than thinking of how lighter it's compared to other entries, about instructions, about non use of a differential, of a better or worse gearbox and bla bla bla. Why should I buy the instructions for building a Lamborghini Huracan that doesn't even look like a Lamborghini Huracan? Why should I care if it weights 10 gramms more or 10 gramms less? Specially when without a differential it's gonna twist all the axles?? This car looks far away from a good LEGO version of the real subject. It's just a lots of yellow beams covering 4 wheels, I rather work on the body and forget about what use you will do of it after the contest. Why don't you ask for suggestions and try to shape it better? It's not even a matter of which or how many pieces you have.....it's the way you use them tha makes the difference! Hope you don't take my comment/opinion too bad....actually here to help if necessary!

I think you simply misunderstood me! Listen this: I do instructions and I do sell them ok?!...then someone buys my instructions and re-sells them claiming it's their instructions..not mine!! So basically I spend months and money to create something unique and then someone without moving a finger makes money!! HOW CAN YOU CALL IT FAIR????????? A corporation would protect us by taking legal actions againt those who steal! And the quote to pay it's not for the president....but simply to keep and run the organization....that's it!
-
I think the AFOL should create an official organization/company who can certificate MOCs. Every body who wants to be part of it should pay a little quote. Specially thinking about instructions.....cos there are people out of there who sells our instructions claiming the rights and getting the money. Non fair at all!

Details are lovely!!!!! Overall I love it! Mine will be red too ! Can't wait for the video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but there are few points I don't like of it. Of course it's only my opinion but: Outriggers are wrong placed...they should be under the turntable. The front may need a bit of imporvements..let's say it's OKish...not so cool as the Unimog tho! RC+Pneumatic would make it perfect!
-
Tell me what makes it the best then cos I'm struggling to think it is! The best set will be the one with RC+Pneumatics+LAs. SO not this one unfortunately.. I'm building a 8455 these days.....7 pneumatic functions, steered wheel, fake engine and rear differential.....and JUST 700 pieces! Can LEGO do anymore better? Not sure...
-
Sorry but...why don't you simply buy some spare parts and make a MOC then?? Sounds like if you are looking for a station wagon car but then buy a 2 seater..and complain it only has 2 seats LOL!
