    Congarulations to winners! TGBDZ's excavator is really awesome model and it 100% deserves 1st place. There is also one interesting conclusion from contest results - if you wanna win you'll have to build wheeled vehicle - 7 out of first 10 models are wheeled vehicles! And I also wanna thank to all who gave me votes.

    I haven't done remote controlled version of my dozer due to lack of space for battery box and motors. I think it would be much bigger model for RC. And I was thinking about tilting blade but I haven't found the way how to do it.

    My wife went out to visit her parents and I've got free time for building. I'm rummaging in bricks and suddenly mouse appears! Would you like little bit of cheese? This mouse is my second alternative model built out of set 31019. It features many joints so you can set it up in different poses. It also have piece of cheese.

    Sariel, thank you for reviews! I like your hamsters so much - they are always so cute and funny. As alternative model builder I'm gonna buy yellow dumper truck and build it better looking alternate - I don't like that wheel dozer at all.

    Really original and funny creation! I especially like how you made begining of video where your foxy is catching tyre. If you shorten its tail it will look like hyena. By the way where did you get inspiration for walking mechanism?

    40. Hovercraft I've chosen set 9394 with 499 pieces to build HOVERCRAFT. Its main feature is quite unique steering. It turns just pair of rudders instead of whole propeller as you can see among official hovercraft models. This is list of all functions: three wheels chassis front axle drives propeller rear axle "HOG" steering that also turns pair of rudders opening windscreen steering wheel and adjustable seat in cab You can find more about it in this topic.     I think so. You can try to use rear bumper for swithing or turning on battery box. Look at set 8472.

    Great idea - I haven't seen many road rollers built out of Lego Technic. I like its overall look except that axle for switching battery box...

    Thank you for your comments! I was thinking about it too. I might break my rule in avoiding use of stickers... I don't like official alternate either. It's boring to have two planes out of one set... By the way this is my second alternate from this set. First one was this shark. And if you are interested in buying this set I have two of them. It's funny I tried to sell one of them more then year without success so I've opened it and built this hovercraft.

    Thank you for such a nice comment. I appreciate you like my models becuase you are another great builder. About rotor blades - I can change color only partly so I think it wouldn't look much better. There is one beam 11L in black but all 5L beams are red...

    I'm happy that I can show you first pictures of finished model. I plan to take better pictures during weekend and aslo create video. So back to model of hovercraft. It features this functions: three wheel chassis front axle drives propeller rear axle "HOG" steering that also turns pair of rudders opening windscreen steering wheel and adjustable seat in cab I've used more than 90% of set parts and got just 40 letf overs. It got cool aerodynamic shape and is much more sturdy than I expected.
